This book—The Dragon's Prophecy—is a very interesting book. I've read it. I've gone through the whole thing. We're going to learn some very important things about it.
We will see that he—Jonathan Cahn—is very partial in the Word of God. He does not use all the Word of God. He is using this to apply what's happening in the fight between the Jews and Hamas over there in the Middle East at the present time.
Let's look at some of the things that we need to know, we'll cover this to begin with, because he narrates chapter after chapter after chapter in the middle of the book:
- about all the persecution
- about all the wars that have come against the Jews
- about how the world has been unfair to them
That this book was written to stem the tide of the anti-Semitism that is going on right now in America.
I'll show that to you later on toward the end.
Even, just recently, one of the leading Jewish scholars and lawyers—Alan Dershowitz—resigned from the Democrat Party and has become Independent. Now, that's a big move to take place. He did it because of all the anti-Semitism that is in the Democrat Party.
Why is it that the Jews have faced, through their entire lifetime, so many things of persecution against them?
Let's see what God says. They claim to be God's chosen people. They claim to be the holders of the Word of God. But as we have learned it, as we have known. I recommend: Code of Jewish Law by Ganzfried & Goldin—or Torah—as Michael Heiss brought out. {this book can be found at Amazon.com
{note message by Michael Heiss: #1 The Law—Torah and Testimony}
They do not follow the Laws of God. They have the framework of it, but they don't believe it and they don't follow it. They have repeatedly—though they've had the Word of God, though they had the Temple of God—went against God!
So, let's look at some of the Scriptures as to why the Jews are suffering it. Now, Jonathan Cahn says 'it's the devil who is doing it' and that the chosen people are the Jews. We will see how they misinterpret Rev. 12 a little later.
Jer. 9—this is Jeremiah to the Jews. He went and stood at the temple (Jer. 7), to bring to the knowledge of the people all of their sins and that they should turn to God. But they didn't do it!
Jeremiah 9:13: "And the LORD says, 'Because they have forsaken My Law, which I set before them, and have not obeyed My voice, and have not walked in it, but they have walked after the imagination of their own heart…" (vs 13-14)—their own intellect, their own thoughts!
That's exactly what the Code of Jewish Law is. They say that these are the extra laws that describes the Law of God, and have been written to put a fence around the Ten Commandments so that no one will break the Ten Commandments.
The problem is that made the fence so that no one could get to the Ten Commandments!
Verse 14: "But they have walked after the imagination of their own heart, and after the Baalim…" Now, Baalim is the word for other gods that consist of:
- your own thoughts
- your own inventions
- your own things
- another religion
and so forth!
"'…which their fathers taught them.' Therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Behold, I will feed them, even this people, with wormwood, and make them drink poisonous water" (vs 14-15).
In other words, because they leave God, they're always going to have trouble come upon them. Then we will see why that it has happened so vociferously after the crucifixion of Christ.
Verse 16: "I will also scatter them among the nations…"
No other people have been scattered among the nations like the Jews. That's called the Diaspora.
"…whom neither they nor their fathers have known…. [into the countries they know nothing about] …And I will send a sword after them until I have consumed them" (v 16). Now, that's quite a statement!
Jeremiah 8:3[transcriber's correction]: "'And death shall be chosen rather than life by all the rest of those who remain of this evil family, who remain in all the places where I have driven them,' says the LORD of hosts."
Now, no other people have been scattered so far in so many different places. And all of these things were warned of by God in the book of Jeremiah. God told them over and over and over again.
- How bad have their sins been?
- What was the worst sin from the time of Christ down to this very day?
This book—by Cahn—is written to justify the war against the Palestinians, which they deserve to have. But they don't admit their own sins. They don't understand the problems they have are because they do not repent to God! You need to keep that in mind because that becomes a very serious point for us to understand.
Jeremiah 15:1: "Then the LORD said to me, 'Though Moses and Samuel stood before Me, My soul could not be toward this people….'"
You can't get anything any worse than that to say from God to people. You would think that would automatically bring a whole lot of repentance and tears and sacrifice and mourning.
"'…Cast them out of My sight, and let them go out. And it will be, if they say to you, "Where shall we go?" Then you shall tell them, "Thus says the LORD, 'Those who are for death, to death; and those for the sword, to the sword; and those for the famine, to the famine; and those for the captivity, to the captivity. And I will appoint over them four kinds of destroyers,' says the LORD…"'" (vs 1-3).
It is true that Jews have suffered. It is true that Satan the devil has caused a lot of it. But it is also true, Satan the devil has caused a lot of their sins by keeping them from coming to God.
Verse 4: "And I will make them a horror to all kingdoms of the earth because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for what he did in Jerusalem."
Now, you need to understand what does God call Jerusalem today. He calls it Sodom and Egypt where our Lord was crucified (Rev. 11).
Today, in the Jewish nation that they call Israel—which is a misnomer, the best it should be called is Judea—the city of Tel Aviv has more homosexuals and more friendliness toward homosexuals than any place in the world. Now, let that sink in! Also, the Jewish Talmud has all kinds of sex laws that allows the Jews pedophilia and oppression of Gentiles. So, you need to understand what they've done! We'll look at a little bit further here.
Jeremiah 16:9: "For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Behold, I will cause the voice of mirth to cease out of this place before your eyes, and in your days, the voice of gladness, and the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride. And it shall come to pass, when you declare to this people all these words, and they shall say to you, "Why has the LORD pronounced all this great evil against us? Or what is our iniquity, or what is our sin that we have committed against the LORD our God?" Then you shall say to them, "Because your fathers have forsaken Me," says the LORD…'" (vs 9-11).
Now let's understand something really important, not only on a national level, but we'll look at it on a spiritual level. If God gives you something, what should you always do?
- keep it
- honor it
- love it
- thank God
- not find ways so you can sin
- not find ways that you can go against God
"…and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshiped them, and have forsaken Me, and have not kept My Law. And you have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, you walk each one after the stubbornness of his evil heart, without hearkening to Me" (vs 11-12).
Let's look at the sin that continues to come upon them today. And the thing that's very important that we will see—and I don't find it here in his book—he has some Scriptures, but we will see are greatly misinterpreted!
Matthew 27:22: "Pilate said to them, 'What then shall I do with Jesus Who is called Christ?'…."
- they had all the Scriptures and prophecies
- they had all the warnings from God
- they had the very teachings of Jesus for over three years—God manifested in the flesh—
- to teach them
- to show them
Now, after His resurrection, there were a good number of Jews who repented. That shows that IF they really choose to repent, they can do it! But it also shows:
- choosingnot to repent
- choosingnot to understand the ways of God
Look at what this is right here. This is a key thing to understand, because this is a judgment of the Jews upon themselves. That's why all this evil continues to come upon them.
"…They all said to him, 'Let Him be crucified!' And the governor said, 'Why? What evil did He commit?' But they shouted all the more, saying, 'Let Him be crucified!'" (vs 22-23).
Verse 24: "Now Pilate, seeing that he was accomplishing nothing, but that a riot was developing instead, took water and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, 'I am guiltless of the blood of this righteous man. You see to it.'"
Now, the next verse is the verse of condemnation against the Jews by their own words! So you need to understand whenever you say something like this, God is going to bring it upon you! This is what happened to the Jews carried down to this day.
They don't like it. They think they're God's chosen people, but they are not! They think they're all of Israel, but they are not, and that's by deliberate choice on their part! So here's what the people said—all the people, the scribes, the Pharisees, the priests—and we'll look and see why they said it.
Verse 25: "And all the people answered and said, 'His blood…'"
- I want you to underline this
- I want you to mark it
- I want you to remember it
"'…His blood…'"—the blood of God manifested in the flesh of Jesus Christ, whom they hate!
There are very few converted Jews. There are some who accept the Messiah who's coming, but it's questionable whether they're looking for the return of Christ or whether they're looking for the return of a physical man as Messiah.
"'…His blood be on us and on our children'" (v 25).
That's why until the Jews repent, that curse of the mouth of their own officials of anti-Semitism has come upon them because of what they declared to God! God has taken them up on their own words, because it wasn't just the people. It was all the religious leaders!
John 8 talks about Satan, but Cahn doesn't know how Satan really works against the Jews and how the Jews have worked with Satan. He doesn't bring that out.
Now, you need to understand that when God has done such a great thing in manifesting Himself as a human being to be born of the virgin Mary and to live a life as a human being to become a sacrifice for the sin of the world, and He laid his life down.
When He came, every word that He spoke was that from God. Everything that He did was what God wanted.
- look at all the people whom He healed
- look at the dead whom He raised
- look at all of the magnificent things that He did
Never, never, never in any generation has there ever been anything like that during the days of Christ. And what did they do?
John 8:39: "They answered and said to Him, 'Our father is Abraham.' Jesus said to them, 'If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham. But now you seek to kill Me...'" (vs 39-40).
They said what on killing him? Let His blood be upon us and on our children! That's the fatal statement of the ancestors of the Jews today as to why it has continued:
- every generation
- every century
- all the way down through time
of the so-called anti-Semitism! They brought it upon themselves.
Jesus continues: "'…which I have heard from God; Abraham did not do this. You are doing the works of your father.' Then they said to Him, 'We have not been born of fornication. We have one Father, and that is God'" (vs 40-41).
Now, notice what Jesus said to them, because it's absolutely true today. If they were converted like Michael Heiss, that would be a different story. But they are not!
Are there some in the area of Judea and Galilee today that are starting to believe in a Messiah? Yes! But remember that they are against Christianity in any form!
Verse 42: "Therefore, Jesus said to them, 'If God were your Father, you would love Me, because I proceeded forth and came from God. For I have not come of Myself, but He sent Me.'"
We're dealing with God the Father, the Great Sovereign of the whole universe, and Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son!
Verse 43: "Why don't you understand My speech? Because you cannot bear to hear My words."
The worst thing in the world that the Jews like to hear is someone tell them their sins.
Notice, these were the ones out there saying, 'Let His blood be upon us and our children.'
Verse 44: "You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you desire to practice. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has not stood in the Truth because there is no Truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he is speaking from his own self; for he is a liar, and the father of it. And because I speak the Truth, you do not believe Me" (vs 44-45).
Now, it's exactly the same today. If you speak this Truth to a Jew, they will say, 'anti-Semite!' That is the Truth of God, through Christ, to those religious leaders, and they judged themselves from that time on.
That's why Jesus knew the temple had to be destroyed and not one stone left upon another stone, and it completely demolished. Jerusalem completely demolished and then sent off into the worst captivity ever. They didn't learn a lesson in the Babylonian captivity!
There is not any repentance. I have yet to hear Jonathan Cahn… and I challenge him to do two things:
On your Friday night meeting with the Jews:
- call them to repentance; to accept the true Jesus Christ of the Bible, the Son of God, God manifested in the flesh.
We'll talk about that repentance!
- To all of those Sunday-keepers that you go teach on Sunday, why don't you tell them to repent and keep the Sabbath?
Why don't you tell them to have the baptism unto repentance, unto eternal life, which is the Covenant of the New Testament?
So IFyou are a Prophet of God, which you're not, and if you use the Word of God improperly, which you do, THEN you are not serving anyone but yourself and the mantra of anti-Semitism that you brought upon yourself!
There will be some people who will criticize me for what I said, because:
- they don't read the Bible
- they don't understand God
- they don't know what is taking place
This is not only for the Jew, but this is for all of the Protestants, Catholics, Muslims, Buddhists, all of the other religions whatever it may be, all of the atheists and God haters, the same thing, because you are going to meet the same fate!
In America, because of our sins and the abortion of 62 million of the most helpless, God's heavy hand of judgment is upon us, and they better repent as God has said!
Luke 13—here's what God says, after people came and said that Pilate did this to these people and put their blood on the sacrifice.
Luke 13:2: "And Jesus answered and said to them, 'Do you suppose that these Galileans were sinners above all Galileans, because they suffered such things? No, I tell you; but if you do not repent, you shall all likewise perish'" (vs 2-3).
Sin is the transgression of the law of every human being in the world! That's what needs to be understood. Until people come to that conviction in their own personal lives and:
- look at the Word of God
- look at the Ten Commandments
- examine their heart, their mind and their soul
to understand what they are doing and how they are doing it, and then repent to God, you will never understand anything!
Verse 4: "Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell, and killed them, do you suppose that these were debtors above all men who dwelt in Jerusalem? No, I tell you; but if you do not repent, you shall all likewise perish"(vs 4-5).
I'll get into some of Cahn's quotes here in a little bit, but it's important that we understand these things. Let's understand what happens when people, whether they're Jewish, Protestant, Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, makes no difference. God's Law came from God Himself!
Are we going to be faithful with it? We also understand that unless you understand the Law of God:
- you do not know love
- you do not know truth
- you do not know repentance
- you do not know the things that are necessary to get yourself right with God
IF you're stubborn, hard-headed, close-minded and won't listen to any of these things, you are going to meet your Maker!
Verse 5: "For this reason, the Pharisees and the scribes questioned Him, saying, 'Why don't Your disciples walk according to the tradition of the elders…'"
Mark 7:6: "And He answered and said to them, 'Well did Isaiah prophesy concerning you hypocrites, as it is written, "This people honors Me with their lips… [yes, they mouth God] …but their hearts are far away from Me."'"
What about you? The brethren who are hearing this message, they know!
- they have repented
- they keep the commandments of God
- they love the Law of God
- they love God
- they love His Truth
- they're under the grace of God
But we need to understand what's happening in the world. Notice what He says here.
Verse 7: "But in vain…"
- Can you think you're worshiping God?
- Can you think that if you go into this cathedral and bow down to the virgin Mary, or if you go into a synagogue and put a rug on your head to pray and rock back and forth that you're worshiping God?
- Do you really?
- Do you really think going into a Protestant church that you're worshiping God when the preacher is teaching lies and you're believing it?
- Do you think you're really worshiping God when you become a fanatic Muslim and you want to kill everyone else except those who are Muslims?
- Do you think you're worshiping God because you're supposedly worshiping Allah?
Verse 7: "But in vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrine the commandments of men." It's vain! They reject the commandment of God!
Verse 8: "For leaving the commandment of God, you hold fast the tradition of men, such as the washing of pots and cups; and you practice many other things like this.' Then He said to them, 'Full well…'" (vs 8-9).
Now listen up carefully all of you:
- who think that you have grace
- who think that you don't have to keep the commandments of God
- are close-minded to anything else because you think you're right, you better listen to this
Verse 9: "Then He said to them, 'Full well do you reject the commandment of God, so that you may observe your own tradition'"—whatever that tradition is!
Now then, let's again see what happened to the Jews and see what happens to anyone, not just the Jews.
- What do you think is happening in America today?
- Because we're good people? No!
Because the pastors, the teachers, the government and the people have left God!
- How many abortions were committed this past week?
- How many of the doctors want the parts, especially the head?
Oh, they love the head! They'll pay the highest price for that so that they can do their experiments.
Because there are a lot of people who say, like Kamala Harris, 'Oh, we must have joy.' That is the most evil joy possible! Joy in sin and joy in lies!
Jeremiah 16:8: "Also, you shall not go into the house of feasting, to sit with them to eat and to drink."
God is telling Jeremiah, 'You don't go in there where they're having a good time because My wrath is coming upon them.'
Verse 9: "For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Behold, I will cause the voice of mirth to cease out of this place…'"
- Is that not true today in many places in America?
- Is that not true in what the Jews call Israel today in the Middle East?
I talked to a man recently who said, it's a dangerous place and most of these people don't believe in God. There are some few who believe in Yeshua, but it's a dangerous place and we're all hiding in the bomb shelters. Isn't that a wonderful life in Palestine?
"…before your eyes, and in your days, the voice of gladness, and the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride. And it shall come to pass, when you declare to this people all these words, and they shall say to you" (vs 9-10).
Now, this is exactly what happened and I know I'm going to get some feedback from it. Because 'You, Fred Coulter, ought to preach love.' Well, I'll tell you one thing: We've got a whole series on love, but you can't love God by living in sin!
Do you understand that? That is a fake lie and all lies are fake! And a false doctrine that leads you into sin.
"…Why has the LORD pronounced all this great evil against us? Or what is our iniquity, or what is our sin that we have committed against the LORD our God?" (v 10).
You want to know what you're doing against God? I don't care where you are! Look at the Ten Commandments and start with the first one: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
- What is your god?
- Is it your idol?
- Is it your rosary?
- Is it your beads?
- Is it Satan the devil himself?
- What is your god?
- Who do you worship?
- What do you spend all your time on?
- What are the thoughts of your mind on all of the time?
That's your god!
Verse 11: "Then you shall say to them, 'Because your fathers have forsaken Me,' says the LORD, 'and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshiped them, and have forsaken Me, and have not kept My Law.'"
What is sin? New Testament doctrine: Sin is the transgression of the Law! It goes even deeper, and it means lawlessness, anything that is contrary to the Laws of God. Jesus didn't come to do away with the law but to magnify it!
Verse 12: "And you have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, you walk each one after the stubbornness of his evil heart, without hearkening to Me"
Why do you think there are so many Bibles in the world in so many languages, available right on your smart-phone for all of those who are digitized today? Because God caused it to be there as a witness against every human being in the world, translated into 3,000 languages! That's why!
We are living in the days when it's all coming down on us, and the worst days, as Jesus said, 'From the beginning of the world.' So, you think on that! You think on what you're going to do:
- without any electricity?
- without any food?
- without any water?
- when you have droves of gangs running around in your streets killing, looting, stealing and burning?
because it's coming, because you won't repent!
Verse 13: "Even I will cast you out of this land into a land that you do not know, neither you nor your fathers; and there you shall serve other gods day and night; where I will not show you favor."
- How bad is sin?
- How bad can it get?
That's what's important!
- look at your life
- look at your mind
- look at your heart
- look at your practices
- look at your philosophies
- look at what you think about other people
- look at what you think about God
Let's read how deep sin can get and how engraved it becomes and unrepented of!.
Jeremiah 17:1: "The sin of Judah…"—the house of Judah; the Jews. Jonathan Cahn is a Jew, and he doesn't speak the full Truth. He speaks partial Truth to try and get rid of anti-Semitism today.
There's a big ad that I saw just last night on Fox News about this book—The Dragon's Prophecy—and this book is one of the most misleading books possible.
Verse 1: "The sin of Judah is engraved with a pen of iron, with the point of a diamond; it is carved upon the tablet of their heart and upon the horns of your altars." That means in their minds and their religion!
Verse 5: "Thus says the Lord…"
- think of this
- this is what we need to look at
- this is the way the world is
Until we understand the way that it is, and until this kind of what I'm talking about today comes out from the pulpit so that people can change their lives and they can understand what God is doing. God is not going to come in a wonderful, wonderful way and everybody is going to be raptured away. and hallelujah:
- He's coming in wrath
- He's coming in power
- He's coming in anger
- He's coming in destruction
- He's coming in to kill all the wicked
You need to understand that!
Verse 5: "Thus says the LORD, 'Cursed is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from the LORD. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert…" (vs 5-6).
God says there in Isa. 1 that 'IF you repent though your sins be scarlet, they'll be like white snow!'
IF you are willing and obedient, but IF you don't, you're going to pay the price (Isa. 1)
Verse 7: "Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD and whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters… [tie in Psa. 1] …it sends out its roots by the river, and it shall not fear when the heat comes, but its foliage shall be green; and he is not worried in the year of drought, nor will it cease from yielding fruit" (vs 7-8).
Verse 9—the key: All of you out there who think you're really, really, really good people,
'I'm honest, I'm a good person, I do what is right.'
- Have you repented?
- Do you keep the Sabbath?
- Do you keep the Passover and Holy Days of God?
or
- Do you keep Halloween?
which is coming in about 8 weeks or so, and then
- Christmas?
- New Year?
- Lent
- Easter?
- you're not good
- you have sin written in your heart
Satan comes with benefits to make it good; oh, what a wonderful thing. But he's led you astray to evil.
Verse 9: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?"
Don't think because no one's around and no one can read your mind that you can get away with it, because here's what God can do and does.
Verse 10: "I the LORD search the heart…"
He knows every thought that you have and everything you have ever done, because it's recorded on what is called in the Bible the spirit of man.
"…I try the reins..." (v 10). The reins are that part of the brain that God uses to know what is in your heart. You can't fool God!
- the devil can fool you
- you can fool yourself
- other people can fool you
- you can feel comfortable around people who believe the same thing
but you're all in the same stew of sin!
Verse 13: "O LORD, the Hope of Israel, all who forsake You shall be ashamed. 'Those who depart from Me shall be written in the earth because they have forsaken the LORD, the Fountain of living waters.'"
Now, then; here's the book from Jonathan Cahn. I've read nearly all of it and surveyed all the rest of it. He does a pretty good job in testifying about evil and the origin of Satan, but he never did get it right! Never did! He did not make it clear that Satan was created and he was perfect, and then he sinned.
He has a lot of philosophical reasonings in there, which come from Jewish philosophy.
Paul wrote in Col. 2, let no man spoil you with philosophy! Philosophy is wisdom, wisdom of this world, which God says is foolishness with him.
Excerpts from The Dragon's Prophecy by Jonathan Cahn:
The anti-being, possessing no absolute or true existence of its own, evil as well by nature parasitic.
Well, that's what Satan is because he wanted to become like God. Now, Jonathan Cahn brings that out, but he doesn't really make it clear the way that we understand it, and he misapplies it.
The existence of evil inadvertently testifies against the existence of good, but for it. It bears witness unwillingly to the existence of good, the existence of God.
Now, this is kind of going around the mulberry bush to say that there is a God. Then he talks about the mystery of the people. Here is his great thing that is completely wrong. He equates the Jews today as representing and being all the 12 tribes.
- he doesn't have a clue who America and Britain are
- he doesn't have a clue who the sons of Joseph were
- he doesn't have a clue where the other tribes of Israel are
but he focuses everything in on the Jews, the mystery people, and that Satan has been after them all along.
The primeval anti-Semite.
So, this is how he phrases it!
The war against Jewish existence is unlike any other. It knows no bounds of space or time. It is not rational nor natural. It happens no matter what, no matter when, no matter who, no matter where. It is supernatural and irrational.
The dark and virulent offshoot of this mystery of evil.
It's not a mystery of evil. The Bible clearly says it's Satan the devil! Now, Cahn does a good job in mentioning about Satan the devil, but then he does not really bring us to repentance to avoid it.
It's the work of a fallen, twisted, inverted, spiritual, and supernatural being.
that is true
The truth is the first of all anti-Semites was an angel…
Not true! The first of all anti-God is Satan the devil.
…not just perpetrating hate of anti-Semitism.
Then he talks about the woman (Rev. 12)
- he's supposed to be a great man
- he's supposed to be a revealer of secrets
- he's supposed to be a revealer of Truth
- he's supposed to have an understanding of the Bible
but he doesn't have a clue! Here's his great misinterpretation:
Revelation 12:1: "Then there appeared a great wonder in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and having the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars."
He says that that is Israel. Well, it's actually more than Israel, because this was visioned before Satan became Satan. So, this is the Plan of God, pictured by the woman with twelve stars. The Plan of God in that woman is called in Rev. 22, the Bride of Christ. That is the composite of all of those of the first resurrection.
There's also a vision that took place before the ages of time (Titus 1 & 2-Tim. 1). Before the ages of time, that's when this was.
- Cahn says this is the Jews. Wrong!
- Then Christ is the Messiah. He has that right!
- Then he has the 'red dragon.' But he didn't tell you the Truth of what this brings out!
First of all, you have the Plan of God. Then you have the creation of Lucifer, who was to be 'the light bringer' who was perfect in the day that he was created; but he sinned! And the angels sinned.
Then the earth was enveloped in war and before God brought about the things necessary for human life, he covered the earth with a great flood (Gen 1:2), and darkness covered the face of the earth.
That's because of the sin and rebellion of Satan the devil, and one-third of the angels. Then it says there's war in heaven. That's what took place. That's what happened to bring the earth to that condition (Gen. 1:2).
Revelation 12:4: "And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth…."
So a third of the angels that God created followed the one who became Satan the devil, and became demons. And they are here today.
Now then, Cahn talks about the child.
The woman is pregnant.
So we have this woman representing several things down in the history of the Plan of God. First of all, the great Plan of God.
Then it comes down to the one woman who brought forth the child. The child then became Christ, and He then was developing the Church who would be the Bride when God's Plan was completed.
And being with child, she cried in labor and gave birth. The image of the woman with the child again points to Israel.
No, it points to the salvation of the world!
The calling which was to bring forth the word to revelation, the present, and the knowledge of God to the world. That calling is the pinnacle in the nations bearing into the world the child who would bear the name Yeshua. Born a male child who ruled the world.
This woman can only be Israel and her child only the Messiah.
That is not a completely true statement! Then he goes on here about it.
The serpent cast water out, went after her, that that was persecution against the Jews.
No, that was persecution against the church. He makes a little mention of that back in the conclusion. Now, then he says about Satan's rage or anger.
And so it is, no accident that in every generation of Jewish people have been subject to the ancient undying anger, the long simmering fury that is of Satan the devil.
He doesn't acknowledge one thing about the Jews cursing themselves (Matt. 27).
And though it may hide itself for a season, it always manages in time to rear its head. Its aim is bloodshed, death and destruction and what has defined the ages of Jewish history on earth.
That's what it was!
From the slaughter of the ancient enemies to the horror of the gas chambers and the rage and the madness of the monster, a raging dragon.
Now, that can be a true statement, but why did it always come? Then Cahn talks about a dark resurrection.
Have you ever heard of a dark resurrection? There were two of them. One of them was the Jewish people after World War II when the State of Israel was acknowledged by the United Nations.
That was a resurrection and he quotes Ezek. 37. No, he does not know the Scriptures! He didn't bring out Rev. 20 that the rest of the dead live again after the thousand years.
So Cahn says that:
the people that went back to so-called Jerusalem, were the Jewish people raising up the nation there in Judea.
That's not true! That is a lie! He doesn't understand it. Why doesn't he understand it? Because he won't forsake the Jewish traditions!
The Valley of the Dry Bones: These were people who died and came back to life by the power of God.
We won't go through the whole thing because we're going to cover that on the Last Great Day.
Ezekiel 37:11 "And He said to me, 'Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel…."
Now, tell me, did all the past Israelites, were they resurrected in this 'dark resurrection,' as he says, and come to the place that is now called Israel by the Jews? No!
This verse means a literal resurrection of all of those who died who never had an opportunity for salvation. It begins with all of the dead of the children of Israel.
Were there any that came in 1948 who came out of the grave?
Were there? No!
Verse 11: "And He said to me, 'Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, "Our bones are dried and our hope is lost; we ourselves are completely cut off." Therefore, prophesy and say to them, "Thus says the Lord GOD, 'Behold, O My people…'" (vs 11-12). All the descendants of all twelve tribes, not just the Jews!
"…I will open your graves…." (v 12).
Any graves open to bring Jews come back to life, to go to the place called Israel by the Jews, which should be called Judea? No!
"…and cause you to come up out of your graves, and will bring you into the land of Israel" (v 12).
Did God bring them into the land of Israel? No! This resurrection has not taken place. And to say that this is the return of the Jews from the Holocaust is a bold-faced lie!
Then he says, The other 'dark resurrection' was the resurrection by the children of wrath, the Philistines.
Now then, we go through the whole thing. I went through the whole book, but I want to cover the end here.
Everything that's going on over there now is by Satan the devil. We've got to fight against Satan. We've got to fight against these people and join us in the war and killing the Palestinians.
Well, if God wants them killed, He'll kill them. If God wants them alive, He'll have them alive.
Now he talks about good. We all become good people if we all profess the name of 'Yeshua,'
- nothing about repentance
- nothing about baptism
- nothing about the things
We pursue good and come and join us Jews to resist the Palestinians.
That's the message of the whole thing. Alan Dershowitz left the Democrat Party because of the anti-Semitism. And this book is designed for here in America to thwart all of the Palestinian hatred against the Jews.
Unlike evil, the good is not secondary or contingent, but primary and absolute. It cannot be cut off from existence as it is from the good that exists in the world. It is from the good that existence is born. It is existence.
Now you're getting a lot of philosophy trying to explain the Scriptures.
And unlike evil, the good is not passing or temporary. Unlike the dragon and unlike evil, the lamb, the good are warm-blooded. The good will endure forever because it must. It is by nature eternal.
So while the days of the dragon's evil are numbered and cannot last, the days of God's love and goodness are without number and will not end. It's written, "His steadfast love endures forever." So, heaven is forever.
And forever is how long? Then he tells us that we have to believe in Christ.
It is the battle of good and evil.
That's only part of it!
The evil will often take form of a dragon, and the good will often assume the form of a lamb. The evil will often appear strong, colossal, unstoppable, fierce, and deadly as a dragon. And the good is weak, defenseless, and without hope of prevailing as a Lamb. But in the end, the good will prevail, and the evil will crumble. The Lamb will overcome the dragon.
How? By coming back from heaven, raising the saints, and bringing peace to the world!
He cannot understand that. Nor does he understand Revelation.
It is only the lamb who can overcome the dragon.
That's a true statement!
Without the Lamb, we are subject to the dragon's rule and cannot overcome the power of evil...
That is true!
…Or darkness, or sin.
But in the Lamb, we are given the power to overcome the dragon. The victory is with the Lamb. And the lamb, who will be victorious, and those who follow the lamb, who will, in the end, be victorious.
He has another little chapter here about what to do. It's the same Protestant thing: Accept Jesus into your heart, and everything will be fine. That's not true!
God preaches and teaches call to repentance!
This book is designed to change public opinion towards the Jews and their suffering over there in Palestine.
One final note: There's another factor about that attack. As evil as it was by the Palestinians against the Jews. It was on the Last Great Day after the Feast of Tabernacles, and the Jews were there worshipping other gods on that day!
- you can't say that they're innocent
- you can't say we're good and perfect people
- you can't say 'we are the chosen ones of God'
From the time of Christ, everyone, Jew, Greek, male, female, are the children of Abraham, not the children of Judah! Do we have that?
The Jews consider themselves the chosen people. Jesus shows that the chosen people today are those who have:
- repented
- been baptized
- answered the call
- are the called
- are the chosen
- the faithful
The Jews are not the chosen people!
Their goal is to get the temple built, so when the temple is built and Messiah comes, they will rule the world. That's the whole purpose of all of this!
That's not the purpose of God!Christ is coming with the resurrected saints to bring the rule of God to the whole world
- with love
- with Truth
- with power
- with understanding
So, don't be fooled by any false doctrine, even though they quote some Scriptures!
