This Bible study is going to cover some things that may have some opinions, not dogma. You don't have to believe it as absolute truth, consider it as a possibility. When you're dealing with prophecy, we found out that if we would have 'rung the bell'—stated it as speculation—we may have had a better understanding that we have now.

• It's the Word of God; it's just the understanding!

I've given sermons on the rising one-world religion and how they're going to have 'goddess worship'—'sophia.'

The Watchman's Expositor has a whole thing concerning the re-imagining god where it was a totally radical feminist 'goddess' movement. Someone gave me a book called When God was a Woman, which I gave a sermon on and some people said that really hit home. It's coming! It's coming more and more.

When I talk a little bit about the possibility of popes, then we'll also talk about some other things.

News item concerning hate crimes:

Hate crimes extend far beyond the new legislation being introduced across America and makes any form of criticism a hate crime. If the criticism is based on race, ethnic origin, sexual preference or religion.

Brethren, the Bible is full of that, and it starts out with the first commandment: you shall have no other gods before Me!

The whole reason that we are here is because of Israel, which was a racial decision by God. If there are any racial problems that come up, take it to God. No nation on earth today, not any one person within it can say, 'I chose my destiny to be here.' If you could, then you may have something to say about it.

We are all one in Christ! God says that that is sufficient. That doesn't mean everything else in the world is one. Paul clearly said that the Gentiles would be grafted into Israel.

• What is the name of the new city? Jerusalem!
• What are the foundation stones? The names of the patriarchs and the apostles!

A lot of us don't know what we are; the only thing we can say is that we need to do whatever we can as God shows us. Satan is the one who stirs up a lot of the strife, difficulty and problems way beyond what they ought to be.

• yes, people have been mistreated
• yes, people have been held captive
• yes, people have been forced to do things

It's also here in the Bible. So, we're not going to solve the problems by going out and trying to solve them politically. It is not going to work. All the things that are going on in the world are part of this world. We're not to be 'ek'—out from—the world.

It's a shame that some of God's Churches are going back into the world. We can't solve all those problems. If we don't love God and love each other, it doesn't matter who you are. Remember what Jesus said to those people who said, 'We be Abraham's seed.' He said, 'I know you are! But you don't do the works of Abraham!'

God is going to show that He's no respecter of persons, because when correction starts at the house of God, it also starts with Israel. God is going to correct Israel first, so that all the world knows that God is not a respecter of even the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the physical linage that He chose.

The only reason that we have what we have is because of God's promise to Abraham. Almost every nation in the world is correct in saying that you don't deserve it because of your conduct.

That is true, so God is going to take it from us. God took it from Israel many times in the past. We're right in the midst of it with some of things coming down have to with that very same thing.

I want to cover about the Beast Power today. I think we're going to see that Israel is going to be taken down differently than by ten nations rising out of Europe. Let's see what's going to happen. And remember, when you talk about prophecy, even though you may talk about one prophecy at one time, that is not to the exclusion of the other prophecies that come up, simply because you can't discuss everything at the same time.

But every prophecy that is coming down, you talk about a super-highway of information, as they talk about computers/Internet, every prophecy is coming down the super-highway of fulfillment! Every single one is going to be fulfilled, without a doubt!
Deut. 28—these things still apply to physical Israel today, not having to do with spiritual salvation, but I tell you what, brethren, if it were not for the promises given to the house of Joseph, and if it were not for what was done on the Sabbath concerning the English Bible and what the house of Joseph has done—the physical linage to do that, which is the United States and Britain—we would not be able to preach the Gospel. In order to preach it they've got to have the Word there first, and it's there!

Here's the way America is going down, Deuteronomy 28:43: "The stranger dwelling among you shall get up above you very high, and you shall come down very low." What do you think is happening today in the United States of America. You can go in places in America and you think you're in a foreign country. You do not even hear English.

I called some government agency and I could not even understand her. I had her repeat it three times, so finally I said, 'Could you please get someone who speaks English?' She may have been offended, but I was offended!

Verse 44: "He shall loan to you, and you shall not loan to him. He shall be the head, and you shall be the tail." I don't think America is going to come down because of ten nations invading us. I think we're going to come down from within and the troops, and the arrangement for the troops, are pretty well already here; it's just a matter of time.

• the prophecies concerning all the nations of the world are going to come down the line
• prophecies of prosperity accompanied with
• death
• famine
• earthquakes
• pestilence
• false prophets
  • those are all coming down the line
  • the prophecies concerning the Church as contained in Rev. 2 & 3 are all coming down the line

We're all familiar with Rev. 2 & 3 and the seven churches, so I'm going to present a possibility, and I'm going to ask, from the point of view of let's watch, because we're not at the end, yet. There are seven churches. What is the theme of Revelation? The seven seals out of which come the seven trumpet plagues, out of which comes the seven last plagues! Will there be something like this associated with Rev. 2 & 3?

• you've got the seven that were at the beginning when this was written
• you've got the historical projection down through history, which is true and commonly called 'eras'

I don't think we understood this properly in the past, and I can't say that I have properly understood it. I don't think anyone can, because we don't have the history. But at least we can have a general outline.

Could it be at the end that there will be seven contemporary churches, not defined and labeled by these names, which may consist of many groupings of different independent churches, of which we really don't comprehend the fullness of? I think that's more than possible!

Someone asked me some time ago which church era I think we're in, and he wanted me to say Laodicean. Possible! But I said, 'First Corinthians,' because every church problem in 1-Cor. is found in the Churches of God today.

If you walk by church eras, you are going to die by church eras. If you walk in love and faith, you shall find salvation! The whole point is that we can do very little about history, we're part of it, which part we may or may not know. I present that as a prophetic possibility. How it's defined, God knows because Christ is the Head of the Church. Just keep that in mind.

This is why the administration of the Spirit is so important. Every one of us has a wonderful perfect one hundred percent clear prophetic vision when has been fulfilled. None of us have a hundred percent clear prophetic vision yet to take place. We may be looking through some things where we can see some things. But unless you have love and faith, it doesn't matter.

Like I've explained about the place of safety many times: If you know where it is and you don't get there, your knowledge didn't do you one bit of good. If you don't know where it is and you get there, you'll find out where it is when you go. That's pretty simple. I just heard of a new place of safety: on some island south of Australia on an iceberg.

You've got that and someone said New Zealand. I'm trying to recall all the places of safety that we've had. Of course, there's Petra. Listen! God can protect us in Petra, without a doubt. If that's God's will! I've heard of Aspen, Colorado, South Africa, Switzerland; so don't put any bets on the place of safety. Personally, I want to go; I'm not all that courageous. If God gives me the courage, fine, but I'm not ready to lay my head below the guillotine and say, 'Do it!' If it comes to that, God will give me the strength.

Here's what we need, John 16:13: "However, when that one has come, even the Spirit of the Truth, it will lead you into all Truth because it shall not speak from itself, but whatever it shall hear, it shall speak…." I now know why the King James translators used 'he.' It's because they didn't have tape recorders then. They could not conceive of a machine or a spiritual power or entity conveying messages as though it were a human voice. Today that's no problem, we understand it. It is not he; it is it.

Note the sermon series: Holy Spirit: I go through the Greek and show exactly that they deliberately mistranslated it. I would have to pull back my horns just a little bit and say that the deliberation was confusion, because they could not conceive something other than a person speaking; 1604 and go back a little bit early in other translations. Now we can understand that it's the power of God!

"…And it shall disclose to you the things to come" (v 13). That's a promise for us, brethren. If we do as Christ said, and we watch, it's going to show us things to come. We may not understand it exactly clearly, but we surely ought to be able to understand the signs of the times. Let's look at some of the signs of the times. First of all, I'm going to read a summary of a document, but first:

Matthew 5:17: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets…" That includes New Testament prophecies. Why? Because Christ inspired them!

"…I did not come to abolish, but to fulfill" (v 17). Now when we read the book of Revelation, Who is doing the fulfilling? Christ! All the way through!

In the Old Testament He said that He 'declares the end from the beginning' and that He is the One Who upholds everything!

Someone gave me as a present a 1599 exact replica, printed up, duplication of the Geneva Bible with all the notes. That's essentially William Tyndale's translation. I love the way that Hebrews was translated.

Hebrews 1:1: "God Who spoke to the fathers at different times in the past and in many ways by the prophets, has spoken to us in these last days by His Son, Whom He has appointed heir of all things, by Whom also He made the ages; Who, being the brightness of His glory and the exact image of His person…" (vs 1-3).

The way that the Geneva Bible translates is "…the engraved image of His person…" I think that's a wonderful translation, not some 'glob in the sky.'

He's upholding everything, "…and upholding all things by the word of His own power…"—everything there is:

• all law
• all prophecies
• all life
• the whole universe

Notice it didn't say that He is everything, everywhere. But by His word and command He upholds it. Now let's see that Christ is the One Who is bringing every single bit of it.

Revelation 1:1: "The revelation of Jesus Christ…" Sometimes it's so simple you almost just fall over backward, fall off a chair. When in doubt, read the book!

When we get into some conversations concerning the Bible we start talking about verses and different ideas and things, and you come up with an idea and it sounds this way or looks this way… We were doing that when I was at Dwight Blevins' and we were talking about the Holy Spirit and the unpardonable sin and all this sort of thing. We were talking back and forth and we said, wait a minute, let's get the Bible!

Rule #1 is when you talk about the Bible, get the Bible! If you're going to try and decide anything that has to do with the Bible. If you're trying to come to a conclusion concerning doctrine or understanding the Scripture, get the Book!

Verse 1: "The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to Him, to show to His servants the things that are ordained tocome to pass shortly…" Since the book of Revelation covers all the time period from when it was given to John until the end, everything there is shortly coming to pass in its sequence.

To make sure everyone understood what this is, who He is, and how He's coming, v 7: "Behold, He is coming with the clouds…"

The book, The Other Side of the Earth by George Rust, says: the rapture is a lie! Amazing! Even the Protestants will tell the truth when they stick with the Word of God. The only one who has the corner on the Truth is God the Father and Jesus Christ. Everyone else has some of the Truth. Some more than others. If you have more than someone else, that doesn't make you anything great. Because what you have, if you think you're great, God will take away!

It's very simple, you can't argue with God. Job tried that, and finally had to realize that God was right in everything He did. Everything that God did was right! Has God ever done anything wrong? Of course! The problem is our understanding of what He's doing.

Verse 7: "Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye shall see Him…" There is no rapture, but that doesn't take away from being taken to a place of safety if God so desires to choose whom He's going to take.

"…and those who pierced Him…" Haven't you often wondered how are they "…who pierced Him…"….? Think about it, the Roman soldier who was standing there with a spear and rammed it in Jesus' side, and undoubtedly it went clear up and stuck in His heart, so that He would die. One of the prophecies is that 'it pierced My heart.' How is the Roman solider going to see Him? He's surely not going to be alive when Christ returns!

We've often said that that means everyone who's ever sinned, because their sins killed Christ.

• How is the Roman soldier going to see Christ? Read the end of the Book!
• Is he not going to be resurrected to a physical life and see Him?
• Is that not part of the book of Revelation? Yes, it is!
• Is that not part of the prophecy? Yes, it is!

So, if we don't try and create new doctrine and just follow what's in the Bible, we can understand some things. So, he will, the soldier will see Christ!

"…and all the tribes of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen" (v 7). They're going to be mad, wailing and so forth.

Verse 8: "'I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the Ending,' says the Lord, 'Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come—the Almighty.'"

Verse 11: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, and what you see, write in a book, and send it to the churches that are in Asia…"—and we've got it today.

What good did the book of Revelation do for the seven churches in Asia that were all destroyed within a hundred years? They didn't understand it! It was written in the book for us!

I want to focus in on the First and the Last, and the Beginning and the Ending. Christ knows exactly what's going to happen. I'm going to assume that you know your Bibles.

Rev. 13 is very interesting thing, and I marvel at it the more that I read it, and the more I see that it's happening exactly that way.

Revelation 13:1: And I stood on the sand of the sea; and I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, and his feet like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion; and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne and great authority" (vs 1-2).

• Why is the beast rising up out of the sea?
• What does the sea represent?

Revelation 17:15: "Then he said to me, 'The waters that you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages.'"

This means that it's going to appear to come up as a grassroots from the people movement. What do we see today? Democracy everywhere!

What we are seeing is the resurrection of the one-world government, of all nations, all peoples and all languages together being amalgamated from the same old system that always end, but everyone is deceived into thinking it's democracy. They can get any kind of deception down as long as they say it is for good, benefit and it's democratic. That's what we're seeing. How powerful is this system going to get?

Revelation 13:3: "And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death… [so, it's almost going to fail. but not quite] …but his deadly wound was healed; and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon" (vs 3-4).

It's important first to bring in the false religion. It's important that that come first, because Babylon consists of religion, politics and economics. That's why the move toward the one-world religion. It's coming! It's coming!

Verse 4: "And they worshiped the dragon, who gave his authority to the beast…."—because Satan deceives the whole world.

Revelation 12:9: "And the great dragon was cast out, the ancient serpent who is called the Devil and Satan, who is deceiving the whole world…"

I have suggestion for you: If you ever wonder what you should study in the Bible, study every verse you have not studied. You might find it interesting.

Revelation 18:23: "And never again shall the light of a lamp shine in you… [Babylon, it's going to be destroyed] …and never again shall the voices of bridegroom and bride be heard in you; for your merchants were the great ones of the earth…" Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, GM, Ford, Levi, GE, ABM, etc.

If you think you're getting the news when you watch—I'm not saying not to watch, but know what you're watching—you're watching the propaganda of Babylon to further every one of the points of their agenda to make it acceptable to the American people, because we, the Americans, are the ones they can't control! They're having a hard time controlling us. Eventually, they're going to have to conclude we can't control them. We can for a while, but rely on it. They want to get all our guns, but they can't. They want to control the people, but they can't.

So, the merchants and great men of the earth, "…and by your sorcery all nations were deceived…. [out of the golden cup of Babylon] …And in her the blood of prophets and saints was found, and the blood of all those who were slain on the earth" (vs 23-24).

There must be the religious deception first, the worship of Satan the devil. Once he's got you worshipping him, he's 'gottcha'!

Then Satan gives power to the beast, Revelation 13:4: "…And they worshiped the beast, saying, 'Who is like the beast? Who has the power to make war against him?' And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies was given to him; and authority was given to him to continue for forty-two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. And he was given power to make war against the saints, and to overcome them; and he was given authority over every tribe and language and nation. And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (vs 4-8).

How do you get a nation to give up its sovereignty?

• by deception, a step at a time
• you cause the Constitution to be changed a step at a time

Brethren, that's what they've done in America! They are just about ready to close the door. The only problem is that in order to close the door they must take us over. I think that's how the United States is going down! You will understand why I say that in just a little bit.

So, whatever bureaucrat says, 'Let's do this, that, the other thing' and you think this a little bit here, there and you don't realize the hidden things behind it is to take down the United States. The environmentalists won't let us cut the trees, but they sure will let them burn! How did such a thing come about.

INTRODUCTION

The revolutionary development of modern weapons within a world divided by serious ideological differences has produced a crisis in human history.

Read the protocols that were developed to setup this crisis. We are simple-minded, all of us; we are not diabolical; we don't think in evil terms. But Satan deliberately creates evil so he can create peace, so he can have more control!

That's how the Russians got all of our secrets immediately, so they could produce this thing. They may have not thought at that time that that's exactly what they're doing, but Satan knew what he was doing!

So, we've had the cold war, and all of a sudden the Berlin wall is gone and there's democracy in the Soviet Union and everything's wonderful, peaceful and nice and we are going on into a one-world order. Here's how it got started.

In order to overcome the danger of nuclear war now confronting mankind, the United States…

Please understand that they may have been under the label of the United States, but these were, in fact, agents of Satan the devil who belonged to the CFR, the Trilateralists and the one-worlders, and the whole thing. So, you have to put the whole 'ball of wax' together. I don't think there's a conspiracy anymore, I think the conspiracy is done and out in the open.

If you want to know who controls Rush Limbaugh, ask him if he'll talk about a conspiracy. You'll find out. He's helping them gage public reaction so they can see how much evil they can get down in spite of all the squawking that is done on the radio.

…has introduced at the Sixteenth General Assembly of the United Nations a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.
This new program provides for the progressive reduction of the war-making capabilities of nations and the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions to settle disputes and maintain the peace. It sets forth a series of comprehensive measures, which can and should be taken in order to bring about a world in which there will be freedom from war and security for all states.…

Who is able to make war with the beast?
Is that not security from war?

…It is based on three principles deemed essential to the achievement of practical progress in the disarmament field:

First, there must be immediate disarmament action:

A strenuous and uninterrupted effort…

This was signed in 1961, so I want you think of some of the events that you can recall, as I'm reading this, that has happened down to the present day. This has been implemented exactly as proposed! It may take a little longer, but exactly as they have proposed.

Every time they get a Democrat President in there, they stuff more down our throats, because he is dedicated to getting it in, especially one educated with Fabian socialism in Oxford England.

…must be made toward the goal of general and complete disarmament; at the same time, it is important that specific measures be put into effect as soon as possible.

Second, all disarmament obligations must be subject to effective international controls:

I talked to a man whose son was just released from one of the services because he refused to pledge allegiance to the United Nations. Let that sink in.

The control organization must have the manpower, facilities, and effectiveness to assure that limitations or reductions take place as agreed….

I wonder, what on earth were all the United States Senators and different people going over to Russia and 'tell us all about all your nuclear things and by the way, 'you've got to reduce this.' I know that's all part of the plan.

…It must also be able to certify to all states that retained forces and armaments do not exceed those permitted at any stage of the disarmament process.

Why do you think the reduction of the military bases in the United States was put into the hands of a commission, not to be changed or voted upon by the Congress of the United States because it was implementing this program.

I'm not saying to go out and do something politically. Please don't misunderstand me. Jesus said, 'My kingdom is not of this world; if it were of this world then would My servants fight.' Jesus said that we are not of this world! You can't change Babylon with political reform! It must be totally destroyed.

Third, adequate peace-keeping machinery must be established:

There is an inseparable relationship between the scaling down of national armaments on the one hand and the building up of international peace-keeping machinery and institutions on the other….

Do we have it? Yes, we do!

…Nations are unlikely to shed their means of self-protection in the absence of alternative ways to safeguard their legitimate interests. This can only be achieved through the progressive strengthening of international institutions under the United Nations and by creating a United Nations Peace Force to enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.

Are we not seeing that today? What are we doing in Haiti? They're putting in a police force, and they're going to educate the security forces! What you saw in Haiti in the early 1990s was not the implementation of the United States policy whatsoever. What you saw was the implementation of the three agents sent by those who control the United Nations down to Haiti to tell them to either shape up or we're going to blow you out. All Pres. Bill Clinton could do is read what was handed to him.

DISARMAMENT GOAL AND OBJECTIVES

The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct…

Which means you must have an international court, which means you must give up your Constitution and be run by international law.

…and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law…

What is a rule of law? It's called a United Nations mandate! Have we not sent our forces out under a Untied Nations mandate?

Getting approval from Congress with the thing in Iraq for the first Gulf War under Geo. Bush, because the propaganda was effective. Saddam Hussein was an evil person, true, but the reason they wanted to get rid of him is because they can't control him. If they couldn't control him, then diminish him.

…a world which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which adjustment to change…

What have we heard? Change, change, change!

…takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.

Could that be the beast who was and was not, yet, is? The players may change, the location of the government (of the UN) may change from New York who was philanthropically donated to the UN by our 'wonderful and great' American family: the Rockefellers!

In order to make possible the achievement of that goal, the program sets forth the following specific objectives toward which nations should direct their efforts:

• The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force

The way you get that in is you create all these wars so you must go in an control it. You must go in and take away their weapons. First you create the crisis and then you bring in the solution, then you implement what you want. In the mean time, you wear everyone down by propaganda, deceit and lies to where they just get so blithered in mind that they accept it. Has that not happened within a Church of God that we know. The same identical process!

• The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order

Now you know why the budget for the U.S. military has been so drastically reduced, while at the same time being used as a force of the U.N. That's really a 'nice' deception. 'We're the good guys, we're the powerful nation.' They look to us, but who gives the orders? The head of the U.N., who gets his orders from those who donated the land for the U.N. and from the bankers!

• The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements…

What does it mean enforcement?
How do you enforce something?
With an army!
Who is able to make war against the beast?

If the United Nations is the beast—there is the thing that is going to lead to the beast in the final analysis—are we going to see all these things happen? They're happening, brethren! They are! They're happening right now!

There's going to be an army. Remember the conference in Rio—all these conferences are just a rouse, a cover to do something else. What is really done in all of these meetings is not what is published. Just like the crime bill signed by Bill Clinton, it had all kinds of things added to it after they supposedly passed it.

There's going to be an international army! But in order to do that you must pay for it. How do you normally pay for armies? The word used to be taxes, now it's contribution! Look for a world tax! When a world tax comes in, you know the end is near!

…for the settlement of disputes, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations

—which is Babylon the Great! All religions, all atheistic, agnostic, everything other than Christ! They will allow the pope to use the name of Christ there because they know he's one of their agents, so it doesn't matter if he uses the name of Christ, because he's preaching another Christ somewhere else.

But if someone comes in and preaches the true Christ, Who is Lord of lords and King of kings, you're not welcome, you're not wanted, you get out, you're not part of this. Never should be, because that's Babylon!

• The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations.

Happening! Happening worldwide! Germany and Japan will never again act unilaterally because no nation is going to be allowed to act unilaterally. Germany and Japan may become a very integral part of this Babylonian system, and yes, the ones called Assyrians will be the principle ones who are going to lead, but they will not be alone!

The whole #1 rule of today is control, control, control!

TASK OF NEGOTIATING STATES

This ties in with the dispute we've had in North Korea. They don't want a dictator having nuclear weapons who they can't control.

The negotiating states are called upon to develop the program into a detailed plan for general and complete disarmament and to continue their efforts without interruption until the whole program has been achieved….

So, every nation must report to the U.N. how they're doing on the disarmament of their nation. Guess what's on the list for the disarmament of the U.S.? Every weapon in every household!

To this end, they are to seek the widest possible area of agreement at the earliest possible date. At the same time, and without prejudice to progress on the disarmament program, they are to seek agreement on those immediate measures that would contribute to the common security of nations and that could facilitate and form part of the total program.

That a dangerous word: total program! You don't even know what it is. I'm just reading the summary. I don't know what it is, but there's enough here that we can understand what's going on.

GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

The program sets forth a series of general principles to guide the negotiating states in their work. These make clear that:

• As states relinquish their arms, the United Nations must be progressively strengthened in order to improve its capacity to assure international security and the peaceful settlement of disputes

Look for the 'beautiful' blue helmet to become more prominent! They will have to have a good army. What a wonderful gesture of peace! What a wonderful way to get the U.S. out of debt! Give them all of our military! Gottcha!

• Disarmament must proceed as rapidly as possible, until it is completed, in stages containing balanced, phased, and safeguarded measures

Whenever you hear one of these politicians or diplomats talk about disarmament, you will hear: balanced, phased, and safeguarded measures!

• Each measure and stage should be carried out in an agreed period of time, with transition from one stage to the next to take place as soon as all measures in the preceding stage have been carried out and verified and as soon as necessary arrangements for verification of the next stage have been made;

What was one of the famous things that Ronald Reagan said? Trust, but verify! I'm praying that all of our political heroes are on the others side of the fence. I loved Ronald Reagan, and I know a lot of you out there loved FDR, but he's going to turn out to be one of the greatest traitor to the American system that has ever been. If that gets you mad, you're in the wrong place. I'm not choosing politics, please understand. I'm telling you:

• you cannot solve this politically
• you cannot solve this economically
• you cannot solve this religiously

Christ alone is going to solve it! If you want a real part in solving it, you make sure that you're in the first resurrection!

Disarmament must take place in a manner that will not affect adversely the security of any state.

DISARMAMENT STAGES

FIRST STAGE

The first stage contains measures which would significantly reduce the capabilities of nations to wage aggressive war….

That's why they never got the Star Wars things off the ground, because that could be used offensively as well as defensively.

The nuclear threat would be reduced:

All states would have adhered to a treaty effectively prohibiting the testing of nuclear weapons.

Isn't that what's going on right now? Yes! Pakistan, India, North Korea, China… And some of the things that they're uncovering that the Soviet Union did with some of their tests, out on the open land where all the fallout came upon the people. A rather hideous, terrible, miserable, rotten satanic things have been done to those people in Kazakhstan. They're human, they loved, they lived, they have life, they have emotions. It just so happens that God hasn't called them, yet.

And because they lived under a satanic dictatorship, and the lying and conniving of men seeking power and following Satan the devil, they exploded those atomic, and maybe some hydrogen, bombs there. To this day they're blind, crippled, deformed, and they have done nothing. That's why the Last Great Day God is going to undo all of that.

You could say, 'If there be a God'—which there is—'how could He let this go on?' Because God alone has the solution! He's going to take care of it in His way and His time!

The production of fissionable materials for use in weapons would be stopped and quantities of such materials from past production would be converted to non-weapons uses.

States owning nuclear weapons would not relinquish control of such weapons to any nation not owning them…

Strategic delivery vehicles would be reduced:

Are we destroying our missiles? Was it not said of Joseph? You read that Joseph was to be given of the greatest things from heaven above, the earth beneath and that he was to be a strong military power. The archers have sorely shot at him but could not prevail. That's us, brethren! They know they can't conquer us from without, so they're going to get us from within!

• They're going to tear down a belief in God, which they have!
• They're going to tear down belief in churches, which they have!
• They're going to corrupt the educational system, which is already done!

All of you who are home-schooling, thank God!

• They're going to control the governments, which they are!
• They're going control the monetary system, which they do!

Arms and armed forces would be reduced:
Is it happening?

Peaceful use of outer space would be promoted:
Is it happening?

U.N. peace-keeping powers would be strengthened:
Is it happening?

An International Disarmament Organization would be established for effective verification of the disarmament program:
Is it happening?
Members signed in 1961; they think long term! Most Americans think to the next paycheck, as all of us do. They are diabolical and know how to do it.

States would be committed to other measures to reduce international tension and to protect against the chance of war by accident, miscalculation, or surprise attack

The first implementation of that was the red hot line between Moscow and Washington, D.C.

SECOND STAGE

The second stage contains a series of measures which would bring within sight a world in which there would be freedom from war. Implementation of all measures in the second stage would mean:

• Further substantial reductions in the armed forces, armaments, and military establishments of states, including strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles and countering weapons
• Further development of methods for the peaceful settlement of disputes under the United Nations
• Establishment of a permanent international peace force within the United Nations

That means an army!

• Depending on the findings of an Experts Commission…

Now everything is going to be done by committee and by bureaucrats, and they don't care about anyone except their own mission.

• On the basis of the findings of an Experts Commission, a reduction of stocks of nuclear weapons
• The dismantling or the conversion to peaceful uses of certain military bases and facilities wherever located; and

Conveniently turn them into concentration camps!

THIRD STAGE

During the third stage of the program, the states of the world, building on the experience and confidence gained in successfully implementing the measures of the first two stages, would take final steps toward the goal of a world in which:

States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N. Peace Force.
Hail to the United Nations! And if you don't do it, you're summarily discharged!

The U.N. Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments…

Notice where they put this, right at the end!

…would be fully functioning.

The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order….

That why they want every weapon in every household in the United States. They aren't going to get them until they send in the UN troops to shoot them out.

…All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes.

The peace-keeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world.

The quickest way to take down America is to do exactly what they did to Haiti: initiate an economic boycott and it's over with! Along these lines:

Agreement in Establishing the World Trade Organization

When United States planes struck in Bosnia, Bill Clinton was not even consulted and they didn't even have American insignias on them.

When 15 Americans died from friendly fire over Iraq, Al Gore offered condolences to the families of those who died in the service of the United Nations.

On July 1 we learned that the Clintonites have quietly revived the law of the Sea Treaty rejected by Ronald Reagan. American rights to mine the ocean floor will be subject to a UN agency called the International Seabed Authority.

The way Bill Clinton got in was that he had to come and almost bow on his knees that if he were made President that he would do absolutely everything he was told to do. The word was, 'Remember John F. Kennedy.' I don't know that for sure, but if fruits indicate, that's what it is.

UN Agency: Seabed authority? Why? Because we are told the pentagon wants written into the law of the treaty provision that the vital straits of the world are international waterways through which the unimpeded passage of the U.S. Navy is insured. But this is absurd. Should Morocco fall into the hands of hostile rebels and they should declare the Straits of Gibraltar closed to US warplanes, is the Admiral of the Sixth Fleet supposed to take his grievance to the UN?

Once we Americans relied on ourselves to defend a vital interests. Don't Tread on Me was the authentic voice of American sovereignty, not injure us and we will sue you in the world court.

But the greatest single surrender of US sovereignty is about to occur in Congress in the first pages of the general agreement on tariffs and trade treaty called GAP. America gives up her right to use her economic power to defend her interest in fair trade and agrees to accept the judgment by a new supreme court of the world trade, whose decisions will be made in secret and against which there will be no appeal.

In the world trade organization, which details it out here, the terms are so broad and so general they can enforce anything they want to. There's wording in here that indicates the control of the mind through the 'hate law' thing, implemented right here.

Somewhere the US has to take a stand! It has to stop accepting these international bribes in exchange for our birthright freedom, has to cease paying for each treaty, and the price was coined of national sovereignty. If Republicans will not reject the WTO, how can they call themselves the party of Bob Taft?

"I am for world trade, but I am against world government!" said Newt Gingrich. Several months ago he called the World Trade Organization the third world dominated dictatorship domination system with 117 nations making the decisions.

That was then, now Newt's going along. The word is that the men who pay the bills for the GOP want the GAP badly, and they could not care less about American sovereignty.

It's going to happen!

There are a lot of people going around saying that we need to get our armaments up, we need to stand for this, we need to get going and change this.

Remember that whatever you do to change this world without Christ is of this world!Were there many martyrs trying to defend Jerusalem when it was in its last siege? Yes! The zealots were there and you read in Josephus what an absolutely hideous thing that these zealots did, because they wanted to keep the temple and Jerusalem. They were even killing their own kind to keep it. But God's decision was to scrape them from the face of the earth!

Nothing they did politically or religiously with their institutions turned back the hand of God. The only thing that will turn this nation around is a national repentance of such a magnitude and such an absolute bloody mess of the leaders that it cannot be done! You would have to kill every member of the CFR, every nation that there is—if you could find out who they are—in one day in one moment at the same time or you can't change anything.

All the churches in the United States have to renounce Sunday, Christmas, Easter and the way that they have gone against God! I tell you, that's not going to happen! They will fight politically, just like the Israelites have always done to retain their political rights, thinking they can still ignore God, Who gave them this land. It won't happen!

I've got right here the JW Robinson paper, a tremendous dissertation on Sabbath-keeping and why the Sabbath should be kept, written up by Sunday-keepers who are on the verge of converting to Sabbath. It never got implemented. It is Scripturally sound as can be. If they can't implement that, don't think for one minute they can change anything politically, or religiously. It isn't going to happen!

When this one-world trade organization comes in, we become 'one vote.' Coupled with that, and I know in talking with these people who are sovereignists and the constitutionalists, I had to let them know very clearly that the mark of the beast is a going to be a whole new numbering system.

Years ago someone sent me a thing that we have the technology now that they can do a voice print and identify you. True! We have the technology to do a hand-print and they can identify you. True! We have the technology now that we can get a genetic identification of you. True! But none of those will be the mark of the beast. God is not going to let Satan the devil take part of His creation to be the mark of the beast.

What is that they want? Control, control, control! They're developing the kind of technology and chip technology that is going to even be improved from what we've heard. They want to put in the right hand, or the forehead to control. They want to control:

• your thoughts
• your emotions
• your movement
• everything that you do

Satan cannot operate without control! God never operates that way! He gives free choice and says to choose! When they take the mark of the beast they're going to give up their God-given choice! That's why the mark of the beast is going to be so heinous! They're going to scrap:

• every social security number in the world
• every bank account number in the world
• every currency in the world

They're going to issue a new number, which will be an international number. God tells us that's where you stand! We witness, we don't fight! We witness! If you're arrested, you witness! You don't stand at the door and shoot. That's tough to take; the natural instinct is to shoot them!

You witness to them! That's what Christ said: You're going to be brought up before councils and tribunals. Don't think ahead of time what you're going to say, because 'My Father will inspire you to say it' and you say it! You let them know in no uncertain terms… But I tell you what, brethren, the brethren of God today do not have the courage to do that! That's what we must strive for. Not the courage to stand up for a carnal thing, to shoot and kill in war, but the courage to stand up for Jesus Christ in a spiritual way!

I don't know who God is going to lay that upon, but I don't think that anyone who is living at that time is going to escape. But I do know this: God will not lay a trial upon anyone that he cannot bear and endure with the help of God's Holy Spirit! They'll be able to do it!

Revelation 13:8: "And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If anyone has an ear, let him hear" (vs 8-9). We better hear what God says! This is an overall statement applying to everything in the Word of God.

Verse 10: "If anyone gathers into captivity, he shall go into captivity. If anyone kills with the sword, he must be killed with the sword…." So, if you think you have to bear the sword and go out and fight, you're going to die!

Are you dying for Christ? or Your own cause? That you must determine! Peter was wanting to fight, and he wasn't aiming for the ear, believe me. I think the man ducked and turned his head to the side and his ear was cut. Peter was going for the head!

"…Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints" (v 10). And we might put in here, If any man have an ear to hear, let him listen!

Verse 11: "And I saw another beast rising out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, but spoke like a dragon; and he exercises all the authority of the first beast before him; and he causes the earth and those who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he performs great wonders, so that he even causes fire to come down to the earth from heaven in the sight of men" (vs 11-13). Always remember: seeing is believing!

There will be great miracles. There's going to come a time of such religious movement that is going to come along and there will be great joy. Is Satan able to create temporary joy? Oh yes! All of these miracles are going to be done, and we're going to say that's the hand of Satan the devil. They're going to say, 'Look, it's good, wonderful, nice; finally we're all together.'

So, those miracles are going to be convincing, and I know someone is going to say, 'I took my son or daughter to be anointed by one of these men who claims to be a minister of God and they weren't healed; but I went over here to this man and he did miracles.'
