Rise of the New World Order

To introduce the sermon today, I want to read a letter:

After completing your book Occult Holidays or God's Holy Days—Which? I noticed in several places you mentioned the new world order. Over the past 30 years I've been hit with books such as The Secret Government or The Hidden Hand and then the Unseen Hand, to mention a few. None there call it a conspiracy. I've read Tragedy and Hope. I've read all of Dr. John Coleman's things that he has on it, and yes, there is a conspiracy. Satan the devil is leading it, but remember this: he cannot do anything unless he has permission from God.

As we will see, everything that's taking place is the will of God. So, those people who think that they can save the United States or any other country by getting back to an original Constitution are going to end up fighting against God! Just like when God sent the armies of Nebuchadnezzar to invade Judea and take away the Jews to Babylon, God said, 'Don't fight them, go into captivity because it's My battle and I'm punishing you. If you surrender and go in peace, I'll watch over you. If you fight you will surely die.'

That's the same thing today. There are a lot of people out there saying with the Freemen and so forth that they're going to re-institute the Constitution of America, the way it was with the beginners. Well, let me just say that even if you could and there were 200 more years left, guess where you would be? Right exactly where we are today!

Also, about the Illuminati, yes, there are the Bilderbergers, the Trilateralists, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Illuminists, the Masons, the Knights of Columbus and all of those are secret organizations where the elite at the top, who carry out Satan's will, and who are given the wealth and riches of this world. As Satan told Jesus, 'If You bow down to me and worship me, all the nations and all the wealth and glory of them I will give to You.'

They are working a work, which they think is really good.

As we are going to see they are going to establish a new world order. That new world order is going to come! What we are going to do is going the principle of the beginning and the end, let's look at:

• the order of the world that God originally wanted established and what happened to it
• how it was under Solomon and what happened to it
• how it is at the end-time

We're going to see some very important things taking place!

If you want to know the end, go to the beginning, and if you want to know the beginning, go to the end. Things run in cycles.

After the creation of Adam and Eve, here is the order that God established for the world. God was to lead them, they were given the whole earth, and here's what God said to them:

Genesis 1:28: "And God blessed them. And God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of heaven and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.'"

God gave them everything that they needed. Then He set the choice before them as symbolized by the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Life. The story is there!

After they submitted to Satan the devil, they did exactly what Satan wanted Jesus to do, 'If you will bow down and worship me.' So, they worshipped Satan and were enlightened with Satan's evil rather than taking of the Tree of Life and finding the way to eternal life.

They were expelled from the garden; then there was an altar. When Adam and Eve sinned in worshipping Satan the devil, that changed the world order. God sent them out of the Garden of Eden and then with the choice of evil, Cain chose the way of Cain, which can be summarized this way:

People going to God and telling God what they will do for God—whether it conforms with His Word or not—generally conforming to Satan's way, they say, 'God, You must accept this because I did this with the goodness of my heart. If You don't accept it, I'm going to get mad.' That's what happened with Cain!

The result of it was Genesis 6:1: "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth…" and the earth was filled with violence and so forth, the first world order had to be destroyed because of the sin of all mankind.

We also know that Jesus said, 'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.' and 'As it was in Sodom and Gomorrah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.'

When men multiply, just like we have today, the human race is multiplying. What does this do? This creates an economic bonanza that hides the reality of the oncoming destruction that is going to take place!

After that God began a new world order (Gen. 9). I'll leave it up to you to read a lot of this, because what we're going to do is give an overview and see what it happening today based upon what happened in the past. Jesus said He was 'the End and the Beginning, and the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.' That is a key to understanding what it is today.

Gen. 9—God made a covenant with Noah and his sons and gave them an opportunity to do what was right. Needless to say they didn't do it, and soon Nimrod took over. Something also happens to mankind when this becomes a reality:

Genesis 11:1: "And the whole earth was of one language and one speech."

When that happens, technology, invention, innovation and all kinds of things, because of the creativity of the human mind that God put in it, comes to the fore. What they wanted to do was establish their own civilization apart from God. So, they said:

Verse 2: "And it came to pass, as they traveled from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar. And they settled there. And they said to one another, 'Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly.' And they had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar. And they said, 'Come, let us build us a city and a tower, with its top reaching into the heavens….'" (vs 2-4).

This is not only something that they were doing then, but it is a prophecy and reality of things at the end. Men are still trying to do that. Look at all the skyscrapers that men have built. Look at flying, space travel, and men think they have tremendous accomplishment! We've been to the moon five different times and we have rovers on Mars. If you compare that with the size of the universe, that's hardly a pencil point distance away from the earth!

What looks great in the eyes of men is nothing in the eyes of God.

"'…And let us establish a name for ourselves… [they didn't want to go to their inheritance] …lest we be scattered upon the face of the whole earth.' And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men had built" (vs 4-5)—and confounded their languages.

This is still the days of Noah after the Flood. Then God began with Abraham, and proposed a new world order through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, beginning with Israel. And the future spiritual world order of the spiritual sons that would come through the New Covenant through Jesus Christ; both were promised to Him.

When God called the children of Israel out of Egypt, what God did was virtually destroy the world order of that time as led by Egypt, which came from Babylon. He was going to establish a new world order with Israel.

Let's see that command, the proposal of God's new world order that He was going to do with the children of Israel for the whole world. God was going to work through the nation of Israel to be a blessing to all nations of the world because of the promise given to Abraham.

This is going to be a survey and overview to look at the trends that are happening and see how the cycle continues.

Exodus 19:5: "'Now, therefore, if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a Holy nation.'…."

They were to take the Word of God, God's way, God's politics, God's Word, God's economics to the whole world! Let's see how they did; they said they would do that. Obviously, they didn't do it. However, there was one time in history when they came very close to doing it. We're going to see as we're going to see this is that the world order includes:

• economics
• religion
• government

With the kingdom of Solomon, when he was king, we're going to see that almost like today, they had worldwide trading, howbeit, their ships were kind of small. It took them three years to go around the world, but they went around the world. The kingdom of Israel had:

• economic prosperity
• the correct religious worship of God
• a government that God approved of

1-Kings 9:26: "And King Solomon made a navy of ships in Ezion Geber, which is beside Eloth, on the shore of the Red Sea… [at the tip of Sinai] …in the land of Edom. And Hiram sent with the navy his servants, shipmen who had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon. And they came to Ophir, and brought gold…" (vs 26-28).—and so forth.

Then the Queen of Sheba came up and saw all of it, and her heart was taken away; she was just really overwhelmed with all the blessings of God, because God made them so wealthy. They were so wealthy that they drank their water out of solid gold goblets!

1-Kings 10:21: "And all King Solomon's drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon were of pure gold. None were of silver; it was counted as nothing in the days of Solomon."

Just think about it today, if you had some silver that would be pretty good. Later on it's even counted as gravel.

Verse 22: "For the king had at sea a navy of Tarshish with the navy of Hiram. Once in three years the navy of Tarshish came bringing gold and silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks."

If you have sailing ship, that's exactly how long it takes to go around the world. When Magellan went around the world—and they kept a log of every day—they left England, came down the Atlantic around the southern tip of South America and kept going west and came on into areas that were the South Seas and finally around South Africa, and when they got back guess what they discovered? They were a day behind! When you go the other way you gain a day. That's how they determined that not every place on the earth is the same day.

Verse 23: "And King Solomon was greater than all the kings of the earth in riches and in wisdom. And all the earth sought Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart" (vs 23-24).

So, this was starting out right. This was going to be a fantastic world order that would have really been a blessing to the whole world.

Verse 25: "And every man brought his presents, vessels of silver and vessels of gold, and clothing and armor, and spices, horses and mules, at a rate year by year."

So, this was by an agreement trade and tax. That's what we need to understand, a certain rate every year! If you want to know what your tax rate is, you just get the IRS or the State Tax Law and they'll tell you what the rate is.

Solomon was greater than all the kings of the earth, but what happened? Solomon sinned! Israel sinned! All the wives, concubines and worshipping other gods (1-Kings 11). God decided, because of sin—just like with Adam and Eve—there had to be a change of the world order again.

As Israel sins and goes down in corruption, the Gentiles rise in direct proportion!

There was a sudden economic, government and religious change in Israel when Solomon died. The ten tribes went off with Jeroboam, and God gave Jeroboam a chance to keep the commandments of God and lead the children of Israel and the ten tribes in the right way, but he didn't do it! So, they eventually went into captivity (2-Kings 17).

The kingdom in Jerusalem was reduced to a small geographical area known as Judea. There were the Jews, Levites and some Benjaminites with them. After the children of Israel were carried captive because of their sins, what empire was rising during the time that they were sinning from the time of Jeroboam to their captivity, about 238 years? God raised up the Assyrian Empire and changed the world order to punish Israel and carry them off into captivity!

When they were gone, the Jews had their ups and downs whether they were righteous or not, and they were finally carried off into captivity by the Babylonians.

Because the Jews were not obeying God, then God raised up Babylon, and Babylon absorbed most of the Assyrian Empire and God sent Nebuchadnezzar to invade Judea and carry the Jews captive. A complete change in the world order!

Now the nations of Israel and Judah were reduced to captives! The book of Daniel is what is called an 'axial period.' When we go back in history, we can pretty well establish accurately the dates, beginning with Nebuchadnezzar's father Nabopolassar, of when the Babylonian Empire began.

Notice the cycle: The Tower of Babel began in Babylon Mesopotamia—Babel. Then God raised up Israel, and when Israel sinned and came down God raised up the Gentiles. Then God shows the establishment of the world order from Nebuchadnezzar down to the end-time. That becomes important to understand. We're also going to see another principle on how God operates in the nations.

Note sermon series: Daniel/Revelation. We're going to cover quite a few things in the overview and the only way to fill in the details is to get the series and transcript books.

Daniel 2:38: "…You are this head of gold…. [then it gives the kingdoms that would come] …And after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to you, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall rule over all the earth. And the fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron…" (vs 38-40)—on down to the feet and toes.

Verse 42: "And as the toes of the feet were part of iron and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly broken."

Speculation: This is not referring—as we have traditionally understood in the past—as ten kings in Europe. It isn't going to happen that way, because this is a global world order that mankind has desired from the days of the Tower of Babel. Something that is important that we need to understand: If people want something bad enough, God is going to let them have it! So, it's coming!

Verse 43: "And whereas you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mix themselves with the seed of men. But they shall not cling to one another, even as iron does not combine with clay."

It comes right down to the establishing of the Kingdom of God. We see the beginning of the world order with Nebuchadnezzar being the head right on down to the end. There are many other prophecies in the book of Daniel that come down to the end and tell us what it is at the end-time.

Let's move up to the end-time and we'll move forward from there. Actually go back and move forward as we move through this sermon so we can see some principles.

After giving all these prophecies in the book of Daniel… If you gave all these prophecies you would want to know, 'Lord, what is it?' 

Daniel 12:4: "But you, O Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book, even to the time of the end…. [later Daniel was told he was going to die] …Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." That's more than we ever, ever anticipated!

Verse 9: "…the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end…. [understood by the wise]: …Many shall be purified, and made white and refined. But the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand" (vs 9-10).

They won't understand what we are discussing about today in the way that we are going to discuss it. "…but the wise shall understand." That's why Jesus told us to watch. The only way we can do is to look, watch and understand with the Word of God what is happening. In order to do that we need to go back to some things in the past and carry it forward to the future. Let's see a prophecy that is in the past but carried forward to the future; a prophecy of the war on terror that is centered on Edom and Esau. {Note sermon: Esau, Edom and Amalek}

Ezekiel 25:12: "Thus says the Lord GOD, 'Because Edom… [Esau the brother of Jacob] …has dealt against the house of Judah by taking vengeance, and has greatly offended and revenged himself on them.'"

He's talking specifically about how the Edomites betrayed the Jews to the armies of Nebuchadnezzar when the temple was destroyed in 585B.C. Also, it's a prophecy of 70A.D. when the Edomites did the same thing and let the Romans come in and destroy the temple with Titus.

Verse 13: "Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD, 'I will also stretch out My hand on Edom, and will cut man and beast off from it; and I will make it a waste from Teman, even to Dedan they shall fall by the sword. And I will lay My vengeance on Edom by the hand of My people Israel….'" (vs 13-14).

In prophecy today we need to understand that Israel refers to the sons of Joseph: Ephraim and Manasseh. When are most of the Edomites or Esauites today? Iraq! They have been under siege since 1991.

"'…And they shall do in Edom according to My anger and according to My fury….'" (v 14). Look at what happened in the 1991 war when the troops of Sodom Hussein were trying to get on the highway out of Kuwait going north to try and get back to Iraq. What happened? A miles long line of tanks, trucks were just absolutely incinerated!

"'…And they shall know My vengeance,' says the Lord GOD." They didn't know that it came from the Lord.

Read the book of Obadiah and you will find that Joseph is coming after Esau. That's what's going on in the Middle East. It's the Jews and the Palestinians who are really the Philistines. That is a lot of tension going on there. I'm not going to focus on Jerusalem right now. I want to focus on the different world orders as they came.

Read Ezek. 27, because one of the ways that Satan builds up his system is with trade and commerce. What we read here is that the World Trade Organization that they had anciently through Tyrus, is also a prophecy of the World Trade Organization that we have today. Read all the nations that are there and just understand that these have their descendants in modern nations. Let's see how Satan is behind it:

• governmentally
• religiously
• economically

We're going to see from Rev. 13 that those factors are always in the world order.

Ezekiel 28:15: "You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until iniquity was found in you. By the multitude of your merchandise…" (vs 15-16). Satan is behind world trade!

When you do that get everyone to sign to an agreement, you can lock them into Satan's way. We know the ultimate of this is going to be the mark of the beast.

"…they have filled your midst with violence, and you have sinned" (v 16).

Verse 18: "By the multitude of your iniquities, by the unrighteousness of your trade…" Satan is behind it; the world trade is one of the most important things that is happening today. Think about it! We are all affected by it!

I'm wearing a shirt that was made in Thailand, a suit that was made in Mexico, and the shirt is made of Egyptian cotton. So, when you read Ezek. 27 about all the world trading that is going on there, then you see also how that works out.

Let's see what's happening in the world government, religion and economics today. Whenever Israel goes along with all the false gods in the world, as Solomon did, Israel is corrupted and is brought down. We see that going even though militarily and economically the United States still has the upper hand in power and economics.

But we know that those days are limited because of the debt situation. Sooner or later the debt is going to affect us and be called. That's going to affect the world order and bring in the last new world order. When the United States—representing Ephraim and Manasseh and the ten tribes of Israel—goes down, there is going to be a change in the world and there will come out of that world government!

Just exactly as Solomon was the lead the world in the way of God, so we were to lead the way of God. When we began to follow the way of the world and Satan instead of God then corruption began to come in. Look at how the nation is going down, down, down because of sin!

I'm going to show you the nations that are rising and rising right now that are going to supersede and take us. When the dollar goes down there's going to be a sudden change in the living standard in America and in many places of the world. They are going to have to have a new economic formula for currency. Right now it's all dependent on the U.S. dollar.

I don't think that the Euro has enough strength to handle it. It's going to have to be a combination of some things. But here's what they are doing:

Psalm 2:1: "Why do the nations rage and the people plot in vain?" What is the vain thing that they're imagining? That they of their own selves can setup a perfect government, have a perfect religion and have a perfect economic system that will end up with the mark of the beast!

Verse 2: "The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together…"

What does the G7 plan? World economic strategy through the seven leading economic powers of the world, plus Russia and maybe China will join them! They set the economic standard. They are imagining that they can setup a world government. A lot of people don't think it's going to happen, but I'm convinced that it will.

The United Nations, after the collapse of Israel—the U.S., Britain, Australia, New Zealand and some of the democracies of Northwestern Europe—and they go down economically, politically and militarily the world is going to say:

• How are we going to police the world?
• How are we going to take care of this?

I think that's when they're going to reform the United Nations and strengthen it, which will eventually lead to the Beast Power who will come and take over.

"…the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Christ, saying" (v 2).

They want to destroy all knowledge of Christ, destroy all Christians, and there's no way around it, we are all going to be marked. If you think that right now you can run and hide, and go in a little corner and get away, forget it! If you don't believe that, just go online and see the satellite picture of your home on Google Earth.

Remember this: No bank accounts have Constitutional guarantee of privacy! They know everything that you do!

• if you have credit cards, they can track you wherever you go
• if you buy gas, they know where you are
• if you buy something at a store, they can track and know where you are
• if you have a cell phone, they can even follow you while you're driving

That's without the mark of the beast! That's the main thing.

Verse 3: "Let us break Their bands asunder…" Get rid of everything to do with the true God! They don't say it that way, but they do say:

• we must all accept each other's religion as equal
• we must accept everyone in the World Trade Organization as equal
• we must all submit to the rules

We're going to see in a minute how they're going to accomplish this!

"…and cast away Their cords from us.' He who sits in the heavens laughs; the LORD scoffs at them. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath… [the seven last plagues] …and in His fury He terrifies them. 'Yea, I have set My King upon Zion, My Holy mountain" (vs 3-6)—a prophecy of the return of Christ!

Then there's a prophecy of the destruction of the Gentile system, v 8: "Ask of Me, and I shall give the nations for Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel" (vs 8-9).

Then David gives one bit of warning, v 10: "Now therefore, be wise, O kings; be admonished O judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling" (vs 10-11)—instead of Satan's way!

Let's look at a couple of things in the book of Revelation and see some very important things that are going to take place.

Note sermon: The Beast that Was, Is Not, and Yet, Is. That is a perfect description of the United Nations. It is a governmental agency that exists, that has no land, territory or boundaries. It has no people who are natural subjects to it. It has developed a world economy based upon its own demands. Yet, all the nations of the world have to submit to it.

Revelation 17:7: "Then the angel said to me, 'Why are you amazed? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns"—always a sign of Satan's system!

If you read thoroughly Ezek. 27 you're going to see that Israel and Judah are all involved in the prophetic World Trade Organization. Those "…seven heads and ten horns…" can change.

Verse 8: "The beast that you saw was, and is not, but is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into perdition…." It's got to come up! There has to be an event to bring it up out of the demonic depths.

I think that that event is going to be the collapse of Israel from within because of sin, before there is an invasion by foreign troops. They won't have to send in very many troops to affect it.

"…And those who dwell on the earth, whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, shall be astonished when they see the beast that was, but is not, and yet, is" (v 8).

We're going to see in Rev. 13 that this beast has rulership over the whole world! A world government!

Verse 9: "Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits. And there are seven kings; five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he has come, it is ordained that he remain a little while. And the beast that was, and is not, he is also the eighth…" (vs 9-11)—he comes out of the seven!

What this means is that this is going to be a system that the leaders of the world agree to, and this becomes the worldwide government. We need to think big in terms of global things.

"…and is from the seven, and goes into perdition" (v 11). How is this beast going to come about? By the nations agreeing to give their power to the beast! That's what has to happen by treaty. When you make a treaty with another sovereign nation, that became the law of the land and it should not override the Constitution, but by practice the Congress has done that. This is why they so want to get the United States so locked into the United Nations.

I think that the Achilles Heel for America is that they are not going to do it, which will bring them down. Then the rest of the nation will do it without them, after the U.S. goes down. Let's read how they get their power:

Verse 12: "And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast."

When they give their authority to the beast, he's going to give it back. Why? They are giving themselves over to the United Nations to let it be the governing authority, instead of their own nations!

Let's see how powerful this is going become, and how it's going to be a worldwide system that is going to takeover the whole earth!

What we want to do is establish that this is an end-time event that's going to take place. Rev. 13 talks about things that are happening and have never happened before in the past. Let's dispel one interpretation of Rev. 13, the first half. It is not the Catholic Church! It is not the successive rises and falls of the Roman Empire. It is talking about the last world order: politically, economically and religiously.

Revelation 13:5: "And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies was given to him; and authority was given to him to continue for forty-two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. And he was given power to make war against the saints, and to overcome them; and he was given authority over every tribe and language and nation. And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (vs 5-8).

Let's tie this in with a prophecy in Jer. 25 and then 2-Thess. 2. the reason that I want to go to Jer. 25 is to establish that this was prophesied in Jeremiah's time, and it has to do with all the kingdoms of the world. Jeremiah was to take this cup and all nations were to drink of it. So, the nations want it, and God is going to give it to them, and all the nations of the world will drink of it. Iraq drank of it and is going to be brought 'kicking and screaming' and suicide bombing into the new world order. We'll talk about how they're going to do this with trade, government and with religion.

Jeremiah 25:13: "And I will bring on that land all My words which I have spoken against it, all that is written in this book which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations."

Just like Rev. 13, it's a worldwide event. Give them power over 'every nation, language, kindred, tongue and tribe.'

Verse 14: "'For many nations and great kings shall make them slaves, also. And I will repay them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands.' For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, to me, 'Take the wine cup of this wrath at My hand, and cause all the nations to whom I shall send you to drink it'" (vs 14-15).

That's what we're seeing going on in the world today. This whole world order is by the will and prophecy of God to demonstrate and show to man that he cannot govern himself. That without the Spirit of God he cannot discern who the true God is.

Verse 26: "And all the kings of the north, far and near…" We're going to see what that encompasses. We're going to see what's happening in the world.

"…one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are on the face of the earth…" (v 26).

The key to understanding these prophecies is to really think globally. We need to tie that together as we did with Dan. 12.

Verse 29: "'For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city, which is called by My name; and shall you go unpunished? You shall not go unpunished. For I will call for a sword on all the inhabitants of the earth,' says the LORD of hosts." I want you to grasp the magnitude of these prophecies!

Verse 30: "'And prophesy against them all these words, and say to them, "The LORD shall roar from on high… [the return of Christ] …and utter His voice from His Holy habitation. He shall mightily roar over His dwelling place…. [tie in with Psa. 2] …He shall give a shout, like those who tread out grapes, against all the people of the earth. A noise shall come to the ends of the earth; for the LORD has a controversy with the nations; He will plead with all flesh. He will give those who are wicked to the sword,"' says the LORD" (vs 30-31).

Verse 32: "Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be stirred up from the farthest corners of the earth.'"

The various other prophecies in the Old Testament and the book of Revelation show that perhaps it's going to be as much as 90% of human beings are going to die in the events that are coming on the earth when Christ returns, because of the wars that are going to take place. So, this is a worldwide thing.

Though we've been there many times, let's read 2-Thess. 2 into the record just to show you that the timing of this will be when Jesus Christ returns. That's the setting of Rev. 13, the rise of the last world order, which will end with the antichrist!

2-Thessalonians 2:3: "Do not let anyone deceive you by any means because that day will not come unless the apostasy shall come first…"—ties in with Psa. 2, all the nations and kings of the earth are saying to get rid Christ, cut away Christianity, get rid of all of this, 'we're going to do it our way.'

"…and the man of sin shall be revealed—the son of perdition… [ties in with Rev. 13] …the one who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is an object of worship; so that he comes into the temple of God and sits down as God, proclaiming that he himself is God" (vs 3-4). That did not happen in 70A.D.! This is talking about the abomination of desolation!

Verse 5: "Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I told you these things? And now you understand what is holding him back in order for him to be revealed in his own set time" (vs 5-6). This is talking about prophecy, which is right on time!

You've heard a lot of people say that prophecy is speeding up or prophecy is slowing down. NO! It's right on time! There are cycles where it looks like it's going faster, but just look at the situation with the Jews and the Palestinians to show you how it's going to be in God's timing.

How many times have we had within the past a settlement of peace between the Jews and Palestinians for their separate nations? Proclaimed agreements? Actual agreements? None! But every time the proclaimed agreements, people say, 'Peace in our time!' and 'Prophecy is speeding up!' that is until the next terrorist bombing or the rocket shooting by the Palestinians and the attacks by the Jews. That's going to fester and fester; it's going to on again/off again.

Back to the man of sin, "…in his own set time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already working…" (vs 6-7). It was working in Paul's day! The truth is that it began working in the days of Cain, and the way of Cain, and the mystery of lawlessness is Satan's way with government, religion and business, or economics! It's all sin!

Do we have sinful economics today? Yes! It is called deficit spending! They can give us money that has nothing behind it, but if we send them a check with nothing in our checking account we get arrested! It's already working!

"…only there is One Who is restraining at the present time until it arises out of the midst" (v 7)—the system of iniquity!

Verse 8: "And then the lawless one will be revealed (whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth, and will destroy with the brightness of His coming)… [the return of Christ] …even the one whose coming is according to the inner working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders… [the world is being setup for it] …and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in those who are perishing because they did not receive the love of the Truth, so that they might be saved" (vs 8-10).

What we're seeing happen is that to fulfill the prophecy of Dan. 12 that 'the wicked shall do wickedly and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.' That's the difference. The wise:

• love the Truth
• love God
• love God's ways

That's why they're going to be saved!

The wicked:

• do not love God
• do not love the Truth
• love Satan the devil

That's why he's coming!

Verse 11: "And for this cause God will send upon them a powerful deception…" If you want a powerful deception, God is going to give it to you!

"…that will cause them to believe the lie, so that all may be judged who did not believe the Truth, but who took pleasure in unrighteousness" (vs 11-12).

Now let's see how this system is going to come up. Then I'm going to read some current things from the enemy's handbook.

Revelation 13:1—John writes what he saw: "And I stood on the sand of the sea… [the waters are nations, peoples, languages and tongues] …and I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard… [Greece] …and his feet like the feet of a bear… [Persia and Russia] …and his mouth like the mouth of a lion…" (vs 1-2). Babylon: Babylonian Mystery System revived:

• Babylonian business
• Babylonian religion
• Babylonian government; dictatorship worldwide

"…and the dragon… [Satan the devil] …gave him his power… [the mystery of iniquity] …and his throne and great authority" (v 2). Let's see how this is coming up today:

They are in every nation. Some of them are Bilderbergers, some are Trilateralists, some are Illuminists, some are Masons; the whole bailiwick together. But they are all the leaders in the nations that they are in. they are setting out to build a world system that I've been talking about here, in such a way that they think that they are doing the world a great good; that they are going to solve the problem:

• of government, by having a world government
• of economics, by having world economics

A new world economic order instituted by the mark of the beast, and no one can buy or sell without it!

• of religion, by having a world religion

We've always said that the Catholics will be involved—which they will be—but I think they are going to be exceedingly more Babylonian in its original style, than semi-Christian than it portends to be today. They will accept all religions! Remember this sermon is speculation. I want to read you

If you want to know what the enemy is doing and planning, read their book.

You don't know about him, but he's a big shaker and mover in the world. He is CEO and Chairman of the Board of IBM.

Years ago IBM had an ad that was a very unusual ad and it showed the artists depiction of the collapse of the Tower of Babel. IBM boasted that 'what they began we will finish.' I want you to think globally in all of this:

If you want to know what the enemy is doing and planning, read their book or magazine. When Patton entrapped Rommel he said, 'I read your book.' So, we're going to read their book:

• What are they thinking?
• What are they doing?
• What are they planning?

It is the globalization of business that is going to form the basis of the new world government. If you're all interlocked and interdependent economically, you must get along with each other. We're going to see how this system is rising.

The multinational corporation (MNC) often seen as a primary agent of globalization is taking on a new form, one that is promising for both business and society.

Which means government!

From a business perspective, the new kind of business enterprise is best understood as global rather than multinational.

Revelation 18:1—talking about Babylon the Great: "And after these things I saw an angel descending from heaven, having great authority; and the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried out mightily with a loud voice, saying, 'Babylon the Great is fallen, is fallen…'" (vs 1-2). That's what they are creating!

"'…and has become a habitation of demons, and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hated bird; because all nations have drunk of the wine of the fury of her fornication… [that's the cup that Jeremiah had] …and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the power of her luxury'" (vs 2-3).

Global: the corporation has evolved constantly during its long history. From the multinational corporations of the late 20th century, they had little in common with the international firms of a hundred years earlier. These companies were very different from the great trading enterprises of the 1700s.

Let's understand that the rise of Israel in the modern age began with the reign of Queen Elizabeth and the destruction of the Spanish Armada. From that time forward, all the wealth from Spain was transferred to England, and at the end of her reign England was the world power and the richest nation on earth to fulfill the promise that God gave to Abraham. Out of that came the United States.

Now we're seeing, because of sin, those nations being brought down bit-by-bit. England came first at the end of WWII when the pound was taken away as the international trading currency for world trade. With the Bretton Woods Agreement it was transferred over to the dollar. There's going to be another agreement to transfer out of the dollar. How that will work exactly we'll have to wait and see, but that's coming.

The type of business organization that is now emerging, the globally integrated empire marks just as big a leap.

That is from the time of the 1700s to now, the new one is just as big a leap.

Many parties to the globalization debate mistakenly project into the future a picture of corporation that is unchanged from that of today or yesterday. This happens as often among free market advocates as it does people who oppose globalization.

But businesses are changing in fundamental ways: structurally, operationally and culturally in response to the imperatives of globalization and new technology.

Now it's all being brought about by the RFID and global business instant around the world.

"As CEO and chairman of IBM, I've observed this within IBM and among our clients, I believe, that rather than continuing to focus on past models, regulator scholars, non-government organizations, community leaders and business executives would be best served by thinking about the global corporation of the future and it's implementation for new approaches is to regulate, and educate trade and commerce.

Amazing! There are some other things in here, too. There's quite a bit in here.

Sodom's Delusions

What dictator has not had delusions? Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, Pall Pot (Cambodia), the Japanese and the coming Beast Power.

Now let's talk a little bit about China, which is coming a great power status in the world. It's a great trading partner with many nations in the world. China, with the investment of the elite of the world, have produced factories where they have had virtually slave labor to produce cheap goods.

They trade all over the world. If you want to know how much China is doing, go to Wal-Mart and look at made in China and you will see. Wal-Mart is one the new global corporations! K-Mart didn't keep up with the globalization is going down, because as he said here, there has to be a change.

China is growing economically at a fantastic rate of about five to seven and in some cases nine percent a year. But remember, they're starting from great poverty. They're making leaps and bounds to go ahead. They are now going to import cars made in China to America.

Right over here in Santa Cruz is a new dealer called The China Auto. What they are going to do is bring the people up. Remember: as Israel goes down, the Gentiles rise! What we read in Rev. 13 was the rising of this global beast in the end-time. It reports in here:

China is peacefully rising to great power status (Foreign Affairs, Sept./Oct. 2005)

Hunting globally for resources, China now has so many U.S. T-bills that they are taking that money and investing in South America, Iran and the Sudan, all in oil! The reason that the price of oil is so high is because of the rise of oil by the Chinese.

They have to do it peacefully because they don't have the resources within their own national boundaries to become a great power without trading.

What did we say in the 1990s about oil coming from Kazakhstan east? The Western powers wanted to go from Kazakhstan west to the Mediterranean., but they couldn't get through Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq. They couldn't bring it along through Uzbekistan, and down into Turkey that way either, because every one of these nations wanted their little add on as it came along, and no one could agree. That's because God wanted the oil to go to China, because China is going to rise to be a great, great, great power, more than we've ever thought!

They are in the final negotiations of that pipeline and they have a railroad line going all the way to Kazakhstan, and they just finished a rail line going up to Nepal. The passenger cars have oxygen so as they go higher to 16,000 feet, then they will be able to breathe.

What is all of this doing? Paving the way for the kings of the east! But the whole world is rising. Here's China searching for stability with America, understanding its ambition. Now here's one we haven't heard of and this from:

• Have you called for a reservation and talked to someone who is India?
• Do you have a Dell computer with a technician whom you call who is in India and tells you how to do this and that?
• Yes!

You're going to be surprised about India, but what we need to understand is that it's happening in China, India, Southeast Asia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq; all the nations of the world one way or another are going to be brought into this system whether willingly or by force!

India, because most of the people there speak English, America looks to it as its new ally. What's going to happen to the allies of America? When it comes time for them to go down, they are going to jump ship! Here's what's happened; you have heard this on any news anywhere.

Although the world has just discovered it, India's economic success is far from new.

In order to have an army of 200-million, you've got to have economic power, plenty of it. Stop and think for a minute: In WWII the maximum number of men they had under arms was 50-million in all nations around the world. Think about 200-million! They have to outfitted, they have to have weapons, they have to have all of these things and you can't do it without money, and you can't do it without trade.

That's why they're rising. Rev. 13 says, 'I saw a beast rising out of the sea.' Guess what we're reading? China is peacefully rising! The rise of India! It also talks about the rise of Mongolia, Tanzania, and the rise of the different nations. It says in Joel 3 'Let the weak say I'm strong.'

India's economic success is far from new. After three post-independent decades of meager progress, the country's economy grew at 6% a year from 1980-2002, and 7.5% a year from 2002-2006, making it one of the world's best performing economies for a quarter of a century.

Almost unseen and unknown!

For the past two decades, the size of the middle class has quadrupled to almost 250-million people. One percent of the country's poor have crossed the poverty line every year.

Which means that the poverty has been reduced by 40%.

At the same time, the population growth has been slow from the historic rate of 2.2% to 1.7% today, meaning that growth has brought larger per capita income gains from $1,178 a year to $3,051 a year in terms of purchasing power parity since 1980.

India is now the world's fourth largest economy, and will soon surpass Japan and become the third largest.

Not reported in the news! It's amazing what they have here. Then they have articles:

It's happening worldwide; it's happening in South America and China is helping to foment it and finance it. They're getting oil from Peru, gold from Bolivia (it may be the other way around), and oil from Venezuela and Canada with the oil sand up in Canada. Here we are shackled by the establishment that will not allow us to drill oil here in America or off our coasts, or to put in nuclear plants, because they want the rest of the world to catch up with us so that eventually they can take us down and bring in the one-world system

Let me tell you, also, about China. They have plans to bring online the new dam, the largest dam in the world. I think it's 2008 that that's coming; it's going to be a humongous tourist attraction. When the Olympic Games come to Beijing in 2012… Delores and I saw a special about building fantastic buildings. So, when the Olympics comes you are going to see a modern China risen in a way that you have never understood!

God says that it's going to happen, and it is happening! Rev. 9 speaks of the army of 200-million! That army is not going to be in one place all at one time. It's going to come to the Euphrates, the head armies, then the Euphrates is going to be dried up so they can cross. But those armies of 200-million will stretch all the way back to China, India, Southeast Asia, and there will actually be three invasions.

• the Battle of Armageddon
• the one right after Christ returns
• the one at the end of the Millennium

But that last one won't include the army of 200-million. So, there are really only two.

Now let's see the tipping point that is going to bring in, usher in, this whole world system from a cooperative global business United Nations affair to a world dictatorship!

Revelation 13:2: "…and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne and great authority…. [it comes from Satan; mystery of iniquity] …And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death but his deadly wound was healed; and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast" (vs 2-3)—this is a global event!

Verse 4: "And they worshiped the dragon…" That's why in the book: Occult Holidays or God's Holy Days—Which? in the conclusion I have: Warning: Open Satan Worship will Sweep the World and Usher in the Antichrist!

They're going to worship the beast as manifestation of God in the flesh on the earth to lead the world.

Verse 4: "And they worshiped the dragon, who gave his authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying, 'Who is like the beast? Who has the power to make war against him?'"

I think that one of the settlements that will happen with the demise of the dollar is that they will not completely collapse America and Britain all at once. Rather, they will negotiate to have all our technological secrets and to have all of our secret weapons turned over to the United Nations! Then no one can make war! Then the beast says that he is 'God' and so forth.

That is something how that is going to be. What we need to do in watching; let's see Jesus' words about watching and what we are to do. We need to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. But we also need to be aware that the enemy is working. The enemy hates true Christians. The enemy—Satan the devil and all of those who serve him and worship him—is worshipped today secretly! Here's what we need to do in watching:

Matthew 24:42: "Watch, therefore, because you do not know in what hour your Lord is coming." Let's understand this in two ways:

• the literal return of Jesus Christ
• when you come to then end of your life

The Day of the Lord for you has come upon you! You need to be ready for both! Many of us—and I never thought that I would include myself in it—never thought that we would die before the return of Christ. I remember right after we got married, Delores and I were driving down in Boise, Idaho, and we looked at each other and laughed and said, 'Guess what, we'll never get old!' Here we are rusting out and I have white hair!

If we have 20 years left that means that I will be 92, if I'm still alive! If I'm 92 I certainly am not going to be what I'm doing today. It just won't work that way.

So, the Day of the Lord is "…in what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have been watching, and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore, you also be ready. For the Son of man is coming at a time that you do not think" (vs 42-44).

Note this: Every man, every scheme that says that Christ is coming at this time is wrong—period!

The only way we will know is when we see the system come to the point that there is peace and prosperity for a short period of time. All the plans of Satan and men are going to work for a short period of time. There will come a period of time when they will say that. Then know that sudden destruction is going to come! But still, we don't know the hour or the day, because that's all in the authority of God the Father.

Jesus says, v 45: "Who then is the faithful and wise servant whom his lord has set over his household, to give them food in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing" (vs 45-46).

That's why we have to continually do! Continually go forward! What we've done today, that's fine; if it's good, that's fine. If it's not, repent! But go forward. What we did yesterday doesn't count for today, and what we do tomorrow does not earn us anything greater because we do things in a right way tomorrow. It's everyday, so doing!

Verse 47: "Truly I say to you, he will set him over all his property…. [here's a warning]: …But if that evil servant shall say in his heart, 'My lord delays his coming'" (v 47-48).

There's never any delay, but this warning is given because it's coming at a time that you don't think, and many people will think that it is a delay. But it's not a delay!

Verse 49: "And shall begin to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken… [we've seen that happen] …the lord of that servant will come in a day that he does not expect, and in an hour that he does not know. And he shall cut him asunder and shall appoint his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (vs 49-51).

We are down to the time when all of those things are going to be!

I thought it was absolutely amazing because I had been saving this article China is Peacefully Rising to Great Power Status for a sermon and then ,lo and behold, just this last week I got this one about the rise of India and I thought: Look at what's going on!

I want you to think about what's going on and I want you to really be watching. Gain some interest in what's happening in the world and don't be deceived by the nightly news, because the nightly news is the establishment propaganda to keep you in line with the government and with the religion and all of this, in case you didn't know that.
