There comes a time in the cycle of nations when corruption and sin reach a point that is so grievous that the wicked come out of the woodwork. They begin to show themselves for what they really are. We're living in a time like that right now.

And also another thing happens, which is this, it seems as though that God is standing off just watching to see what people will do and what they will choose. We're seeing this today. I think the pall of lies and the web of blindness and deceit that has been woven over the nations and the people, was personified this week in President Barack Hussein Obama. When after he accused the Cambridge Police Department of "stupidity," when he didn't have all of the facts, and the Professor Gates, who was supposed to be the victim, really revealed the racial hatred and arrogance that is endemic in the elite, such as Jeremiah Wright, the pastor of Barack Hussein Obama for twenty years. And he said he didn't know any of these things, never heard any of the things that he said, and threw him under the bus.

Then when all the facts came out as to what happened in Cambridge, that the police did exactly what was right, followed the procedures exactly, that there was no racial overtone, there was no profiling, the President tried to back out of it, and tried to re-arrange his words. It revealed a very profound thing of those who live and believe lies. So if you have a chance to watch that again on the weekend news, watch it again. You will discover that he does not think that he is lying, when he is lying, because in his own mind he is constructing what he believes is the truth. Just like Clinton did when he said, "I never had sexual relations with that woman."

So this is what happens when people are given over to lies, live lies, rise to high positions, and run the country. Now as I said before, it's as though the inmates in the insane asylum are running Washington, D.C. And when you have the kind of mindset, which is also found in new-age religion, also found in witchcraft, also found in main-stream religions; when you create your own reality, though you're lying through your teeth, you do not accept it in your own mind as lies, because you are so deluded and deceitful that you can't admit right from wrong.

And it also is a time, let's come here to Psalm 10, when people are wondering where is God. Because the wicked have multiplied themselves, the sins of the people are so gross, that it's hard to find out where is God. You go to television to watch it, you can't find anything, you can't find truth. You watch those who are religious leaders on television and they tell you nice, warm fuzzy stories. You get some truth on the internet, you get virtually no truth with the government media, you get no truth from the government, you get no truth from the pulpit, so it's kind of like Psalm 10:1 for those who are trying to serve God. "Why do You stand afar off, O LORD? Why do You hide Yourself in times of trouble?.... [Well, the answer is, because in times of good times, when God gave His Word, when you knew the Truth, you did not keep it.] (So here's what happens): …The wicked in his pride pursues the poor; let them be taken in the schemes that they have imagined… [Because it will.] …For the wicked boasts of his heart's desire, and blesses the covetous but despises the LORD…. [We're seeing this played out on every level in the nation and also in many nations in the world.] …Through the pride of his countenance the wicked will not seek God; in all his thoughts there is no place for God" (vs 1-4).

That's what we're dealing with. That's where we are in the nation, religion, and government. That's why we have the trouble that we have, because in times of trouble people will begin to seek God. "His ways are grievous; Your judgments are high, far above out of his sight…. [Can't even listen to reason.] …As for all his enemies, he puffs at them. He has said in his heart, 'I shall not be moved; from generation to generation, I shall never be in adversity'…. [And those are the wicked rich of the world, which we'll talk about a little bit later.] …His  mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud; under his tongue are mischief and iniquity" (vs 5-7). And if that doesn't describe the House of Representatives, the Senate of the United States, the President and all his Cabinet, and his thirty-six czars, I don't know what does. And you can take these Scriptures and you can look at any country. Look at England, look at Australia, varying degrees of these things in all countries. Why? Because the ultimate goal is through deceit, stealth revolution, and fraud to bring in a world government—that's why! Very few people really understand it.

Now let's come down to v 11: "He has said in his heart, 'God has forgotten; He hides His face; He will never see!' Why do the wicked spurn God? He has said in his heart, 'You will not call into account'…. [But God says He's going to judge the hearts of every man.] … You have seen it… [That is God] …for You behold mischief and vexation to repay it with Your hand. The poor commits himself to You; You are the Helper of the fatherless…. [So this is good to know. So don't be discouraged in what you're going to hear, because God will help you, God will watch over you. It doesn't say you won't have a little trouble along the way, but you love God, you keep His commandments, you have His Spirit.] (and it says right here): …The poor commits himself to You; You are the Helper of the fatherless…. [And eventually this is going to happen] …Break the arm of the wicked and the evil one; seek out his wickedness until You find none. The LORD is King forever and ever; the nations have perished out of His land" (vs 11-16). That's what eventually is going to happen. And I'm amazed, in reading these things, how they perfectly describe what's going on today, and how much of the Bible really is about the end-times when you put it all together, far more than we've ever imagined.

Verse 17, another bit of encouragement: "LORD, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart, You will cause Your ear to hear, to defend the fatherless and the oppressed, so that the man of the earth may no more oppress" (vs 17-18). And who will that man be? Not Barack Hussein Obama, but the coming end-time beast, the man who will personify the culmination of the stealth revolution in governments around the world.

Now I think these Psalms—Psalm 10, 11, and 12—pinpoint exactly what's going on in the world today in governments, religion, education, at all levels, from top to bottom, just like we read last week where God says that 'you are sick with wounds and bruises and putrefying sores from the top of your head to the sole of your feet.' But also God has to give us knowledge of what's going on in these days, as well as encouragement that He is still there.

So we find in Psalm 11:1: "In the LORD I have taken refuge; how then can you say to me, 'Flee like a bird to your mountain'? For lo, the wicked bend their bow; they make ready their arrow on the string, so that they may secretly shoot at the upright in heart. If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do…. [But see that's why God has preserved His Word, that's why He has given you His Holy Sprit, so if the foundations are destroyed, you have God!] …The LORD is in His Holy temple; the LORD'S throne is in heaven. His eyes behold; His searching gaze tries the children of men" (vs 1-4). So what we need to understand is this: God is judging everyone by their thoughts and their fruits. Let's understand something that's a great principle for us. We cannot judge the heart of anyone, but we can recognize, as Jesus said, 'You shall know them by their fruits.' So what they do, and what they say, are all a part of what they are, because 'out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.'

So God is there. He's watching over us. "The LORD tries the righteous, but His soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence. Upon the wicked He shall rain snares, fire and brimstone… [When is that going to be completely fulfilled? Seven last plagues, Rev. 16—right?] …and a scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup, for the LORD is righteous, He loves righteousness; the upright will behold His face" (vs 5-7). Now you can put there Rev. 22, where we're going to see God the Father face-to-face.

So what I want you to understand is this: Whenever there is great trouble all around:

• God knows it
• He describes it in His Word
• He also gives us hope
• He gives us comfort
• letting us know He watches over us
• letting us know that His angels are there to minister to us
• to protect us
• to keep us

—and so keep that in mind in everything that you see in the news today, because we are going to see this blossom into a full-blown plan.

Now notice Psalm 12:1: "Help, LORD… [Sometimes that's all we can say.] …for the Godly man ceases… [Where are you going to find someone that is really seeking Truth?] …for the faithful disappear from among the children of men…. [and even in the Church, look what has happened.] …They speak hypocrisy each one with his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak…. [but they forget] …The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaks proud things, who have said, 'With our tongue we shall prevail; our lips are our own; who is lord over us?' (vs 1-4). That sure sounds like Washington, D.C., and the world leaders, and the world bankers, the world traders—doesn't it? Huh? See, because, as you're going to find out, they all have a hierarchy of 300 over them. As you're going to find out, it started before the turn of the century, 1900.

Verse 5: "'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, I will now arise,' says the LORD. 'I will set him in safety from him who puffs at him.'" And I can't help but think, the Church today—those who are really faithful, and down into the tribulation the 144,000 and the great innumerable multitude—receive the grace of God and the salvation of God before the blast of the final judgment of God on this earth. A lot of people say, 'Well, why is God doing it in this generation?' Because it's built up, it's built up, it's built up. And let's understand, especially in the modern nations of Israel, everyone has a witness from God called the Bible, which they have not read, nor have they believed. God is going to hold them accountable, because they have it. And for the world, because Satan has got the whole world worked up into his system, and it's just like God said of Pharaoh, 'I raised him up to glorify My name and My power.' So we don't have to worry, but we better stay close to God.

Remember this, v 6: "The words of the LORD are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. You shall keep them, O LORD… [That is Your people, through Your Word.] …You shall preserve them from this generation forever. The wicked walk on every side when the vilest of them is exalted among the sons of men" (vs 6-8). Or another way to translate it, which we did in the second edition, 'The wicked walk on every side when vileness is exalted among the sons of men.'

I saw on the news report just last night or the night before, reporting that in the state of Rhode Island that sixteen-year-old girls can be strippers in a strip club, and also commit prostitution with the customers as long as it's on the premises—just a little report! That's one little thing in one little place. How about in Asia where they take all the little children and sell them to pedophilias who can fly over on special rates and actually get a round-trip ticket from the U.S. to Thailand for $657. Remember where the tsunami hit? That was right in the heart of selling children for sex. So think about, was that God's judgment? 'Oh, why would God do that?' Because no one in those countries would stop it, that's why. Because God holds us all responsible to do what is right.

Now let's look at some more politicians. Let's come here to Psalm 62. This is quite a Psalm, lays it out. This is why in spite of all the good words of all the politicians, and the solemn promises, they're all hypocrisy. This is important to understand because I want us to know, every one of us, that if

• we're yielded to God
• we're praying to God
• we're studying
• we're living our lives the way that God wants
  • He knows that
  • He recognizes that
  • He honors that

Notice the single-minded purpose of Psalm 62:1: "Only for God does my soul wait in silence; from Him comes my salvation…. [Not going to be any salvation in any other. It's not going to be in a church, it's not going to be in a man, it's not going to be in a politician.] …He only is my Rock… [Jesus identifies Himself as that Rock.] …and my salvation; He is my fortress; I shall not be greatly moved…. [Don't let anything get you down.] …How long will you imagine mischief against a man? You shall be slain, all of you; you shall be like a bowing wall and as a tottering fence. Surely they have plotted to cast him down from his great height; they delight in lies; they bless with their mouth, but inwardly they curse. Selah" (vs 1-4). That means: Think on this!

Wouldn't it be interesting to be a fly on the wall, and they have those flies now, don't they, that are actually microphones? To hear the conversation between, say the President, and Axelrod, Raum Immanuel, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid. Now they found out why the health bill is in such trouble, because former of the House Tom Daschle advised Barack Obama when he was nominated to be Health Secretary. He told him, 'We lost it when Hillary tried it because we let the details out, and it got killed.' So he says, 'Don't get bogged down in the details.' Because there's a true saying, 'The devil is in the details.' And that is true with this health bill.

Not only that, you can add onto it, stimulus bill, TARP, cap and trade—all of that. You can add onto it all of the stealth in religion that they have kicked God out of the churches, out of the cathedrals, out of the synagogue, and the land is just given over to blatant sin. Now there's some people trying, that is true, but they're trying to go back to the old way, which is still in error that caused the problem today.

Now again notice, v 6, [transcriber's correction] encouragement for us: "He only is my Rock and my salvation; He is my strong tower; I shall not be moved." And that's the mindset that we need to have, brethren. Let's also understand something else: For all of you who think we are terrorists and we are active to throw over the government, listen up, because we're not! Jesus said, 'If My kingdom were of this world, then would My servants fight,' but now since it isn't here, they don't fight. So we are not looking for a political solution, or a half-baked spiritual solution, we are looking for the return of Jesus Christ who is going to come in power and glory, and He's going to take control of all nations. And He is going to resurrect the saints, give them glory and honor, and they will rule with Christ. That's when we will fight!

I say that because too many people want to put those who want to speak the Truth on a terrorist list. Because if you believe in the Bible, believe in the return of Christ, believe that the Word of God is true, you believe in Israel in the end-time, you are a terrorist. We're not! Those who are in power are the real terrorists. Those they call terrorists are reactions to the system the way that it is, and punishment from God sent in hopes that we would repent.

Now let's go on; times like this: Verse 8: "Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah…. [Think on that in relationship to the things that are going on. That's what it is: meditate, think on this.] (Now when you do that, then you'll understand this): …Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie… [They think they're important and they think they can lie. They are a walking lie.] …when weighed in the balance… [Compared to the Word of God,] …they are altogether lighter than vanity. Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery; if riches increase, do not set your heart upon them. God has spoken once; twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God" (vs 8-11). And let's also add there: We will receive it at the resurrection. And the big, if you could put it that way, the big payday is coming when you are changed from flesh to spirit and to rule with Christ over this world, when all the wealth of all of the nations then, is going to be governed by Christ and the saints, to bring:

• peace
• prosperity
• happiness
• joy
• and to undo all the evil that's going on in the world today

So always keep that in mind when you're reading some of these prophecies, because the plan of God is so great. What He's going to do to the human race when He returns is going to be so marvelous that all the trouble, and all the difficulty, and all the things leading up to the close of this age is worth every bit of it, because it's God's judgment. Now if they have not committed the unpardonable sin, they will be raised in the second resurrection for an opportunity for salvation. Understand that. Never forget that.

Now let me continue on with this stealth revolution in government and let me pick up something here very important in this Congressional speech by Representative Traficant, in 1993. Where he talks about, presented in this speech, which was entered into the Congressional Record, I gave the reference on the last one, then he says—let me read the last paragraph where I left off and then we'll continue on with it.

Federal Reserve Notes—and we'll have just a little input as to how the Federal Reserve came about. What I want to do is tell you this: You need to do research. You need to go on-line. You need to search out all of these things so that you know, because it's all there. I believe this: That helps fulfill exactly what Jesus said, 'Everything spoken in secret shall be shouted from the housetop,' and how do you get these things into your computer. Why are they all there today? As a witness, so we will all know. So if you don't read, and if you are one of these ostriches with your head in the sand—and remember, when your head is down in a hole in the sand, how much is sticking up in the air, and how vulnerable are you. There is a conspiracy and Satan is at the head of it and he does have his workers. They are the ones who are bringing it about.

I had one man call me, who is a lawyer, and said, 'Is it required that you believe in a conspiracy to be a member of your church?' And being a lawyer, I thought to myself, 'I wonder why he's asking this question.' So I said, 'Well, do you believe in Satan the devil?' Oh, yeah, yeah. Because he's supposed to be a church member back in the Midwest someplace. And he told me he didn't believe in a conspiracy. So I said, 'Do you believe in Satan the devil?' He said yes. 'Do you believe that he is deceiving the nations?' Yes. 'Why then do you say there's not a conspiracy? How can you possibly say there's no such thing as a conspiracy?

• Is our government honest?
• Are our churches honest?
• Are the people honest?

If they are, then there's no conspiracy. But the truth is, the reason you can't figure out the government, and the reason you can't figure out the finances, is because you have been conspired against. So the answer to your question is, if you believe in these things, and don't believe in a conspiracy, then you are living in a dream world.

Let me read this about Federal Reserve Notes. He says:

Federal Reserve Notes are unsigned checks written on a closed account….

Meaning, they're worthless! You go to the Federal Reserve and say, 'I have all this money, what are you going to give me for it?' A check. 'Closed account, you can't get money.' The account for gold and silver was closed, 1933 was the first phase, 1978 was the second phase. As we did last week, take out a Federal Reserve Note and read it. Now James Traficant, Jr. is now in jail for probably putting this into the Congressional Record, but also because if you are a lying politician and you try to tell the truth, they're going to get you.

Federal Reserve Notes are an inflatable paper system designed to create debt through inflation (devaluation of currency). Whenever there is an increase of the supply of a money substitute…

That's what the paper money is, because real money is gold and silver. And it comes into the economy:

…without a corresponding increase in the gold and silver backing, inflation occurs.

Now let me read on here because this becomes very important.

Inflation is an invisible form of taxation that irresponsible government inflict on their citizens. Federal Reserve Bank who controls the supply and movement of Federal Reserve Notes has everybody fooled.

They can print hundred-dollar bills for less than a penny, put them out at interest and they get interest money back. Wait till I read you a very interesting statement here, just a little bit later, and I think that's why he got thrown in the 'slammer.'

They have access to an unlimited supply of Federal Reserve Notes paying only for the printing costs of what they need. Federal Reserve Notes are nothing more than promissory notes for U.S. Treasury Securities (T-bills)—a promise to pay the debt to the Federal Reserve Bank. There is a fundamental difference between "paying" and "discharging" a debt. To pay a debt, you must pay with value or substance (i.e. gold, silver, barter or a commodity).

That's to pay a debt.

With Federal Reserve Notes, you can only discharge a debt. You cannot pay a debt with a debt currency system.

Because you're paying off an IOU with an IOU.

You cannot service a debt with a currency that has no backing in value or substance. No contract in Common law…

Please listen carefully. We are not under Common law. That's what we started with. With the stealth revolution, they have changed that. We are under indenture law, also called maritime law.

No contract in Common law is valid unless it involves an exchange of "goods & valuable consideration." Unpayable debt transfers power and control to the sovereign power structure that has no interest in money, law, equity or justice because they have so much wealth already.

And that describes the hierarchy of the super-elite who run and control the world and all governments and all banks.

Their lust is for power and control. Since the inception of central banking, they have controlled the fates of nations.

All central banks in the world are privately owned corporations. Did you know that? The Federal Reserve and the United States of America is a private corporation instituted in 1913, and is a privately-owned bank by the international bankers of the world. It looks like it's the Federal Reserve, and the game that they play, the charade that they play all the time, 'Well, let's have Greenspan come up and explain what's he's doing.' or 'Let's have Bernanke come up and explain what he's doing.' The senators and representatives get all hyper and come down on them, and they're just sitting there playing the game, because that is only theatrics for the people, because they all know the Fed has the power. They may tinker a little here, they may tinker a little there! What they want to do now is give the Fed more power for the coming world currency. So keep that in mind. I'll talk about that later.

Their lust is for power and control and everything that is going on in all countries is for control. Since the inception of central banking they have controlled the fates of nations. The Federal Reserve System is based on the Canon law…

Which then is i.e. Catholic law, and by the way when Sonja Sotomayor becomes an associate justice, there are now six Catholics on the Supreme Court. If Obama suddenly comes to his demise, we will have a Catholic president: Joe Biden. Nearly two-thirds of the representatives and senators are Catholics. I advise you to read the book, All Roads Lead to Rome? and see what they have done to religion and government in the United Kingdom. That book is out of print. [Note: available on Amazon.com]

Don't think for a minute that a lot of the things that are coming down here do not have two or three steps removed the Catholic Jesuit imprint upon it. Because ever since we were founded as a nation, the Vatican has wanted to collar in the United States of America, and they helped finance the south in the Civil War; and they financed the war between Mexico and the United States. So they have stealthily come in and have been good little citizens, and have talked about representative government and voting and the Constitution. But now the Supreme Court will have six. Will this prove their loyalty to the church, or that they are really Americans, indeed? Time will tell.

So this is why you heard me say for how long: You cannot solve spiritual problems with political means. The deck is stacked by evil people from the lowest level to the highest level in all branches of all government throughout the United States, with the exception of a few naïve do-gooders who think they can change the system.

Which now is called the Depository Trust Corporation wholly owned by the Federal Reserve. What is the Depository Trust Corporation? I gave a sermon on that some time ago. It's assets before the decline of the stock market was 23-trillion dollars, probably down to about 16 or 18-trillion at the present time. What is the Depository Trust Corporation? It is a corporation which receives all the original stock issues by all companies and corporations who are on any one of the stock exchanges, where they are traded internationally. All of those original stocks are ceded to the Depository Trust Corporation, meaning the Depository Trust Corporation has been given sole ownership of those stocks, held in trust supposedly for those who buy and sell, making it easy to buy and sell stocks electronically.

Because the one who buys or sells does not have to have the literal original stock issue in their hands to buy or sell. They can do it all digitally. Which means that when you buy the stock, the Federal Reserve Depository Trust Corporation owns the stock and have title to the stock and allow you, as the buyer or seller, to have beneficiary title to the stock. Just like you buy a car. You buy a car and you get a registration slip, and the one who owns it is the bank, who holds the original title to it. When you pay it off you get a pink slip, but you are still only the beneficial owner of it, and I'll explain why that is, and why that is so stealthy and people do not understand what has happened.

In fact, the international bankers used a "Canon Law Trust" as their model, adding stock and naming it a "Joint Stock Trust." The U.S. Congress had passed a law making it illegal for any legal "person" to duplicate a "Joint Stock Trust" in 1873. The Federal Reserve Act was legislated post-facto (to 1870), although post-facto laws are strictly forbidden by the Constitution.

The Federal Reserve System is a sovereign power structure separate and distinct from the federal United States government. The Federal Reserve is a maritime lender, and/or maritime insurance underwriter to the federal United States operating exclusively under Admiralty/Maritime law.

Not common law, or even canon law.

The lender or underwriter bears the risks, and the Maritime law compelling specific performance in paying the interest, or premiums, are the same. Assets of the debtor can also be hypothecated…

That is pledged. You have a title to a car, you paid it off some time ago, or your house and you need some money. You go to the bank and you say, 'How much can I borrow on it?' When you do, you give them the title and you receive the beneficiary of the money that is borrowed. That is called hypothecation of ownership. You now hypothecate the ownership to the bank and you become the beneficiary owner until you pay off the note.

The Federal Reserve Act stipulated that the interest on the debt…

Mind you, how smart they are, because here's the fraud in it: The Federal Reserve prints the money, or issues Federal Reserve treasury notes, with the promise to pay interest, which they, as long as the market is liquid, they can do so. But for the loans that they make directly to the government, which is every dollar that is created is a loan to the government:

The Federal Reserve Act stipulated was to be paid to them in gold. There was no stipulation in the Federal Reserve Act for ever paying the principal.

Now here's the difference. Bear with me, I know I'm reading a lot, but that's the only way you're going to understand.

Prior to 1913… [that's before the Federal Reserve Act] …most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) "hypothecated"… [that is, transferred all title] …all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title.
So when they say all of these debt obligations of the federal government are backed by the faith and full credit of the United States, that means every bit of what everybody owns. Remember what I said: 'You cannot solve spiritual problems by political means.' That's why we live in the world, we're not of the world, we are not advocating action to be taken in any way by us, or those who listen to what I am saying. We are only discussing the facts, so we know why Christ must return and destroy this system. So

• we do not take up arms
• we are not looking for an insurrection
• we are not starting a political party
• we are not conducting the initiation of a movement

—but we are merely using the freedom of speech to explain how this country was stealthfully stolen through the stealth revolution.

The U.S. citizen (tenant or franchisee) was registered as a "beneficiary" of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their "subjects," the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.

Now, you understand when the mark of the beast comes in, you cannot buy or sell. They have total control over you, and you have relinquished your free choice if you take the mark of the beast. Just as an aside, all Seventh-Day Adventists and those who believe the same way, listen up. Any Sunday-keeping law is not the mark of the beast, that is a false doctrine. Because the mark of the beast says that you cannot buy or sell, that means the impossibility of buying and selling. So if everything was closed down on Sunday, you could buy Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday if you don't believe in the Sabbath—right? Cannot be. I just got a book. 'Watch out, Sunday laws are coming through.' Here is the law that is going to do it, when the mark of the beast comes in. Continuing the article:

In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States corporation all the credit "money substitute" it needed. Like any other debtor, the federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the federal United States didn't have any assets, they assigned the private property of their "economic slaves," the U.S. citizens as collateral against the unpayable federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks forests, birth certificates, and non-profit organizations, as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

Legally! Most people do not know that, and even in reading it, many people will not comprehend what has been done.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution, feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We, the people, are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We, the people, have exchanged one master for another.

This has been going on for over eighty years… [now 96] …without the "informed knowledge" of the American people, without a voice protesting loud enough. Now it's easy to grasp why America is fundamentally bankrupt.

This helps you understand the conundrum of what the world is going to do.

Why are 90% of Americans mortgaged to the hilt and have little or no assets after all debts and liabilities have been paid? Why does it feel like you are working harder and harder and getting less and less?

We are reaping what has been sown, and the results of our harvest is a painful bankruptcy, and a foreclosure on American property, precious liberties, and a way of life. Few of our elected representatives in Washington, D.C., have dared to tell the truth…. [He did] …The federal United States is bankrupt. Our children will inherit this unpayable debt, and the tyranny to enforce paying it.

America has become completely bankrupt in world leadership, financial credit and its reputation for courage, vision and human rights. This is an undeclared economic war, bankruptcy, and economic slavery of the most corrupt order! Wake up America! Take back your country! (The Bankruptcy of the United States, by Rep. James Traficant, Jr.)

The only redemption is the return of Christ.

The comment was made: This gives more meaning to the term, 'the enemy within.' Means this: Even if you own your property free and clear, you have beneficial title and the Federal Reserve has allodial title. And in an emergency they can come and take your property and all that you own, because you are only beneficial owner and the allodial owner really has the power to that property, whatever it may be.

One other differentiation between beneficiary title and allodial rights, which is this: if you have allodial rights, they cannot tax you. The truth is they already have total control, but they have not exercised it. They have allowed everybody to function as if nothing has changed. That's why I called the Stealth Revolution in Religion and Government.

Let's look at some Scriptures and then we will look at some other things here. Let's come to Ecclesiastes 3:16 (pg 836). Solomon writes: "And again I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there… [Didn't that happen with Roe vs Wade? Where was the Supreme Court to stop Congress when everything was transferred to the Federal Reserve?] …and in the place of righteousness, that wickedness was there." Which is what? Government and religion. Again, the two main things that are wrong in the world. That's why Christ has to return.

Now, brethren, I want you to understand, rather than be discouraged with this, you need to be encouraged because God has called you to solve the problem with Christ. Our calling is bigger and greater than you have ever imagined, because of the stakes that we are looking at right now.

Let's go back and review again Ezekiel 22 and let's look and read very carefully what Ezekiel wrote. Let's review it, let's see what he says. Let's see that this has happened in the past in similar ways, but in the end-time in its perfection of wickedness. You need to understand that.

God describes exactly what is going on today. This is why

• we are to study
• we are to search
• we are to look
• we are to educate ourselves

Brethren, God has called us to become the most educated people in the world with God's Word, not in the world, but with the Word of God.

• That's how we're going to be able to stand.
• That's how we're going to be able to keep our sanity.
• That's how we're going to be able to keep our emotions.
• That's how we're going to be able to see the things that go on and not collapse in anger and fear, because we will be the solution.

Ezekiel 22:17: "And the Word of the LORD came to me, saying, 'Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to Me…. [Just like Isaiah said, 'Your silver has become dross.' Wouldn't you say Federal Reserve Notes are dross?] …All of them are bronze and tin, and iron, and lead, in the middle of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver. Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, "Because you have all become dross…"

• turning away the Word of God,
• turning away the Spirit of God
• turning away the obedience of God
• having a government that has been stealthfully changed by the revolution

—and we're in phase three of it right now, yes. "…behold, therefore I will gather you into the middle of Jerusalem"'" (vs 17-19). Now that means today, because Jerusalem was the capital city of all Israel, all the descendants of Israel today.

"'"As they gather silver, and bronze, and iron, and lead, and tin, into the middle of the furnace, to blow the fire on it to melt it, so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will cast you in and melt you. And I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of My wrath, and you shall be melted in the midst of it… [As I read this last week, I could not help but think of the Holocaust.] …and you shall know that I the LORD have poured out My fury upon you."' And the Word of the LORD came to me, saying, 'Son of man, say to her, "You are a land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation." There is a conspiracy… [So for all of those of you who don't believe in a conspiracy, how did that word get in the Bible? The whole political system today is a conspiracy! The whole religious system is a conspiracy!] …There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst, like a roaring lion tearing the prey. They have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they made many widows in her midst. Her priests have done violence to My law and have profaned My Holy things'" (vs 20-26).

"Oh, the law has been abolished. We have freedom in Christ. Oh, we don't have to keep the Sabbath. Jesus is our Sabbath.' Lies, lies, lies. 'It's okay to keep the abomination of Christmas, and Easter, and Halloween, and all of these abominations. Oh, but the pope has blessed them and made them Christian. Isn't that nice? They're all based on lies, but that's okay.' So you throw away the Sabbath, and the Holy Days of God, and the laws of God, and you wonder what's wrong with the country. The priests, the politicians, all of them are guilty, and all of the people of the land are guilty wherever you are.

"'They have put no difference between the Holy and the profane, and have not taught the difference between the unclean and the clean, and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them'" (v 26). How do you hide your eyes from the Sabbaths of God, when there's no place that says Sunday? Or for you Muslims, Friday? Or for you Jehovah Witnesses, any day? 'Every day is holy.' When do you work? That means they know that it's there, but they won't read it. Doesn't everyone who keeps the first day of the week know which day is the seventh day of the week? Yes! Do they not know that every one of the holidays is a lie? Yes! Do they not know that the only Holy Days in the Bible are those that are of God? Passover, Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles, and the Last Great Day. Yes! But they've been like stupid jackasses with blind-folders, and heehawing their answer to the people. All the 613 laws and commandments in the Book of the Law have no forensic value for Christians today.

Now let's look at the political side. "'Her rulers in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood and to destroy souls, to get unjust gain…. [How is it that when men or women are elected to public office, they go in ordinarily ordinary citizens with maybe some accumulation of wealth, but come out multi-millionaires.] …And her prophets have covered themselves with whitewash… ['Oh, look, we're nice and good.' Reminds me of Joel Osteen smiling and walking back and forth, and telling everyone how good humans are, when God says repent.] …seeing false visions and divining lies unto them, saying, "Thus says the Lord God;" when the LORD has not spoken'" (vs 27-28).

Notice, religious leaders, political leaders, prophets, v 29: "'The people of the land have used oppression and committed robbery, and they have troubled the poor and needy. Yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. And I sought for a man among them who should build up a wall for the land, and stand in the breach before Me, so that I should not destroy it. But I did not find one. Therefore I have poured out My fury on them. I have burned them up with the fire of My wrath. I have recompensed their own way upon their heads,' says the Lord GOD" (vs 29-31). 'As you sow, so shall you reap.' This is what is happening.

Now, you look around, maybe where you are everything's still nice and peaceful. Everything looks good. But what's going to happen? You can't walk on thin ice out in the middle of the lake and expect to safely walk all the way across, when the ice in the middle is probably no thicker than a pane of glass. That's where we are. When will we reach that point, and all of a sudden, everything goes in.

Let me answer the question that started all of this search, which is, as I said last time, in watching these representatives and senators, watching the news and all of these bills that come out of Congress—the representatives and the senators—who writes them? Now Henry Waxman, who is pushing for this health care bill, when questioned about his bill, he said, 'I haven't read it.' Now I appreciate Ron Carey doing research (he's our webmaster) in searching this out. I kept asking him before I understood what it was.

So one morning I was watching the news early, and here's this congressman berating Sheila Jackson who got a bill through ahead of everything else, right the day after Michael Jackson was buried, to declare him a great humanitarian. He was a congressman, I think his name was Burgess from Texas. Don't hold me to that, a republican. He said, 'How did she get that? How did she get it so fast and get it approved, when the Legislative Counsel is busy with other bills?' And I said, 'Bingo, that's it! Legislative Counsel. What is that?' So at 6:30 in the morning I called Ron Carey and I said, 'Hey, could you please look up the Legislative Counsel?' So he did and he was absolutely floored.

The Legislative Counsel is the organization, and we'll see how they are staffed, and so forth, write the laws for the congressmen and the senators. The senators do not do that, the representatives do not do that, they only give them ideas. Therefore, they are only figureheads, they do not represent you. That's why when you call on the phone you can't get them, when you send a letter you don't get an answer, and if you send them an email and your zip code is not in their district, it's rejected. And all letters take six weeks to get to them, because of the security things, because of the anthrax scare. The congressmen (representatives) and the senators do not write their own legislation, and many of their aides do not write their own legislation. The Office of Legislative Counsel does for both Houses.

Here I'm quoting from the report, the Office of Legislative Counsel. So if you want to know about it, you go on-line and you do your research and furthermore every state in the union has a legislative counsel as well. That's why they can sit there and grind out these bills, and grind these bills, and grind out these bills, and burden everyone down with laws, and laws, and laws, and laws, just like I said in the sermon, The Mystery of Lawlessness is Already Working, and it doesn't mean the absence of law, it means the imposition of ungodly laws upon everyone. Who writes them? Lawyers! What did Jesus say to the doctors of law? I'll read that a little later. Let me tell you a little bit about it. In this report here, the Office of Legislative Counsel, United States Senate.

The History of the Office
The Office of the Legislative Counsel was established by statute in 1919 to assist "in drafting public bills and resolutions or amendments thereto" upon the request of any senator, committee, or office of the senator. The Legislative Counsel of the Senate is appointed by the president pro tempore of the Senate solely on the basis of his or her qualifications to perform the duties of the position. The Legislative Counsel is authorized to appoint Senior Counsels, Assistant Counsels, support staff, and other employees, to establish salaries and to otherwise administer the office. All appointments are made without regard to political affiliation and are subject to the approval of the President pro tempore of the Senate.

They are political.

The Character of Services Provided

The Office performs a variety of services relating to the preparation and review of proposed legislation. The Office routinely drafts original measures for introduction in the Senate….[Likewise into the House of Representatives.]…The measures range from simple private relief bills to omnibus measures of considerable technical complexity. Frequently, the Office is asked to review drafts of bills prepared in executive agencies…

Which is what? The President's executive power. Executives are making law to pass down to the Legislative Counsel to have that go through the Senate and the House of Representatives. They are not to make law. Like I said, you do not have the government you think. It has been stealthfully through a revolution and those who you do not know or do not see are the ones who run it and all the elected officials that you see are merely figureheads. That's why, brethren, there is no political solution in this age. You think they're going to outlaw the Legislative Counsel?

…executive agencies and elsewhere… [What is elsewhere? Think tanks, like the Heritage Foundation, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, all of those.] …and to make such revisions as may be necessary for technical sufficiency, before introduction in the Senate.

Much of the work of the Office is done at the committee and subcommittee levels.

Now when you see the hearings, look beyond the senator or the representative speaking, and look at the aides behind them. Those are the ones that run the government. Those are the ones who write the laws. Representatives represent only those people that write them. And maybe if enough people get up in arms, they'll be forced to drop certain things, like they were with the immigration thing in the second term of Bush.

Similar assistance is provided to members of the staff of the full committee before the measure is reported for floor action. Assistance also is given in the preparation of any floor amendments by committee members or other Senators.

Now then, if you're a senator or a representative and you don't have to write bills, who is your boss? The ones who write the bills.

About us. This is from their own web site. Remember what I said earlier? Everything spoken in secret will be shouted from the housetop? Here we go.

 …The office consists of approximately forty attorneys and support staff of about fifteen individuals and is headed by the Legislative Counsel of the House. The Legislative Counsel is appointed by the Speaker of the House.

Non-political. You know, Nancy Pelosi would never be political in these appointments, you can be guaranteed that—right? Yes!

And subject to the approval of the Speaker, appoints and fixes the compensation of the office's personnel. Operation of the office is in many ways unique among governmental offices. There are no formal committees or departments. Attorneys in the office naturally develop special expertise in certain areas of law. However, all attorneys are expected to be cooperative with and assist each other in handling the workload of the office. Many attorneys work in informal groups or teams of two or more to address a general zone of federal law.
That's how all the laws of have been changed. They did it!

The office is impartial as to issues of legislative policy [really!] and does not advocate adoption or rejection of any proposal or policy. In providing services to committees and members, the office will assist the committees, members and their staffs, in analyzing the effects of legislative proposals, but will not advocate any position.

Oh, how innocent they are!

The office has traditionally been career oriented with usually low turnovers among legal staff.

Guess where they all graduate from? Harvard, Cambridge, Georgetown, Brown University.

Most legislation in the House is worked on by attorneys in the office.

Now back to the old saying: The devil's in the details. Who writes the details? Continuing now, subtitle: Professional Legislative Drafting in the House of Representatives began in 1916. Here's a title of one I'll read in the next sermon: How Our Laws are Made: A Ghostwriter's View. They're written by ghostwriters. And what is the song? Ghostwriters in the Sky. They have landed in Washington, D.C.

In most of the bills… [I'll read this in completion in the next sermon.] …being told to leave language ambiguous so as to avoid a particular interpretation.

Meaning: we give more work to other attorneys to interpret it in lawsuits. Now here's to show you how impartial they are:

"We draft legislations for all sides of the issue at the same time. Both Republicans and Democrats and factions within each party. We may be drafting the same legislation for different individuals. At times it would be much more efficient to be able to hook up several different clients who want to do roughly the same thing at the same time, instead of having to produce multiple documents with enough modifications to make them look different. But we are strictly bound by the rules of attorney-client confidentiality. We are, therefore, frequently in a position of knowing what all sides are up to before anyone else does."

They are the ones who write the laws. Now someone asked a very penetrating question. If they don't write the laws, and they don't read the laws, what do they do? They go to the House or Senate barber shop and get their hair taken care of, and buy their $2,000 suits, and strut before the TV cameras to look like they're important and are doing work. Oh, yes, their shoes shined.
