Greetings, everyone! Welcome to Sabbath services. What is transhumanism? That sounds like some strange science fiction thing that you would watch on Star Trek. As our kids were growing up, David was absolutely transfixed by Star Trek. I never could stand it, because we saw these half humans, weird ears and weird foreheads and then the blinders on and all of this. And they're traveling through the universe. Well, we're getting close to that very real thing today.

Transhumanism and transhuman—let me read you the definition of it again, so that you understand what it is. Transgenetic:

• related to or being an organism whose genome... [your whole genetic makeup] ...has been altered by the transfer of a gene or genes from another species or breed.

There are also transgenic plants. That's called genetically-modified foods. We have it in so many things that it's almost impossible to get away from. What you do, is be sure and stay away, as much as possible, from all the processed foods and snacks. Figure out another way, because nearly all corn, a good bit of wheat, all soybean are all genetically modified.

Now they found this out. Europe has said, 'No, we don't want to buy any American genetically-modified foods.' You have genetically-modified tomatoes with a flounder gene in it from a fish, so it won't freeze in cold temperatures. You have genetically-modified potatoes with a moth gene in it so it won't spoil. You also have genetically-modified foods with the reproduction of the seeds it has insecticide or herbicide in it. One of the herbicides is Roundup. Roundup is found in so many foods, it's incredible.

• of or relating to the study of transgenic organisms, transgenic research, transgenic engineering.

The human genome can now, in a test, tube be altered. They change the gene and then put into the egg, in-vitro fertilization, and then they implant it in a woman, and she will give birth.

There will be males and females. After that, the genes are there permanently. And as I read in #1 on Transhumanism, they have already got the laws already made on what are the legal rights of a transhuman.

• What if they're 50% of one species and half human?
• What rights are they entitled to?
• How can you handle that?
• Are they genetically designed so much that now the scientific laboratory can patent it?
• If you are patented, are you a slave?
• Are you a commodity?
• And if so, can you be disposed of?
• See?

Remember, all of these scientists who are involved in it are atheists and they believe in what is called directed evolution through genetics, so that human beings will have better minds. And for the soldiers they are finding this, they want them stronger. They're trying to figure out how, since different animals have different perception sight-wise, how to improve the human sight. Or put the genes for the eyeballs from the other animals for night vision, for long-distance seeing. Improve the other abilities of the body.

How about smelling? You can smell the enemy a long way away. That's right. In Korea you didn't need that, because they had go-hung over there. You know what go-hung is? Rotten rice and rotten squid that have not been refrigerated, shipped inland 120 miles and cooked in this goop that is absolutely… Boy! We could smell that a long way away.

It showed a picture on this DVD that I watched last night and I didn't realize how far along that transhumanism really is. I'm going to watch it again. This may sound a little strange, because you haven't heard much about it, but this is the real deal. They've been working on it for decades. This is nothing new. They are now ready to launch it. They even have scientists who say, 'How is the public going to react to this if we have a chimera—that's 50% human and 50% animal? How are we going to do that?'

When they had a big conference of it in London, there were two Catholic bishops who were there, too. And it was a conference and a forum, so they were discussing the legal rights. Then the questions come up:

• How do you handle the problem of the soul? Is the soul half human and half animal?
• What if, after the surrogate mother gives birth to the child, and she's the legal mother, and it's half human and half animal, she says that she wants to raise it?
• Now what do you do?
• What are the legal rights?

Man thinks that he can always outdo God. What they want to do, they say, 'Well, this will make human beings smarter and stronger and we'll be able to have the best military in the world.'

Let me read you something here that I have. What are they going to look like? Are they still going to be in God's image or not? In watching the video, on the DVD, it showed a soldier, because if they had animal eyes, they could see further. And if they had animal genes for the nose, they could smell further. And if they had the animal genes, they would be instinctive killers and that's what they want. So they showed a soldier who had up here (forehead), it was like a wolf. How are they going to look? I don't know! Go watch Star Trek, look at what they had there.

A lot of people think that this is new and it's not. As I mentioned, it's been going on for decades. If you look up transhumanism and the various other websites online, you're going to find, guess how many web pages worldwide that are discussing this, people who are planning this? 250,000 web sites! So this is pervasive.

Leading universities around the world have been working on this for decades. They now have the system. Recently in Britain they had the first child born that has genes from three parents. What are you going to do with that one? Who's father? Who's mother?

If you want to know about genetic engineering, and you do a Google search for genetic engineering, you're going to find that there are 24-million genetic engineering websites. So, this is big time. They are wanting to launch this as soon as they can, so they've got to get the public used to it. Hearken back, as I mentioned in the first one, remember when President George W. Bush signed the law that the scientists could not use stem cell from previously in-vitro embryos that were frozen, couldn't use government funding. That didn't stop the private funding by any means.

But they were studying it to do the transhuman thing. So, in the bill or the executive order—whichever one it was that George W. Bush signed—they had a clause in there that no one could patent any of the things that they did genetically. Guess what Obama did his first week in office? Signed an executive order overriding it! Now federal funding goes to it. There are hundreds of millions and billions of dollars into this.

They have already done this: They have taken pigs and genetically modified them with human genes so they have human hearts, human pancreas, etc. They are pig on the outside and human organs on the inside. And it's already successful. On this DVD it showed the picture of the pigs. Can you imagine that? Yes, you come up and go oink, oink, oink. 'What's the matter with you?' Oh, I got a pig heart the other day. What about this? What if they're working on one and they want to develop it so a soldier can have some skunk genes, so in case the enemy is chasing him, he can let them have it. But it's a miscue and every time he sneezes—‑pew! Got to have a little bit of humor there.

In doing this, they call this 'directed evolution.' Now think about it for a minute. Evolution is supposed to be natural selection—right? What are they doing? They are denying the theory of evolution—correct? They are admitting that there are barriers between the kinds. They are admitting that Gen. 1 is correct. God created the birds after their kind, the animals after their kind, the fish after their kind, human beings after their kind. And the barriers cannot be broken naturally.

Now, the Nazis and the Soviet Union tried to mate chimpanzees, orangutans and gorillas with humans. Wouldn't take! So, with getting into the test tube, with knowing the genes, now they can do anything. Because a gene is a gene is a gene is a gene. And once it gets into the system and is passed on by inheritance, it is there permanently. Think on that!

Let me do a little reading from this article here. This is by Tom Horn. (Forbidden Gates, Part 13 by Thomas Horn, Oct. 16, 2010, www.newswithviews.com) He is the one, Thomas Horn who did the DVD: Trans-humanism: Destroying the Barriers by Tom Horn (Also on www.youtube.com)

And it was interesting. He said he was a Christian, but he didn't have a clue that this is also mentioned in the Bible. Not directly, but mentioned in the Bible. And he did not push the point on it. I don't think he even understood it.

The former chairman of President Bush's council of bioethics, Leon Kass, provided a status report on how real and how imminent the dangers of Grin technologies... [That's another name for it.] ...could be in the hands of transhumanists.

In the introduction of his book, Life, Liberty and the Defense of Dignity, the Challenges of Bioethics, Kass warned:...

I'm going to try and get that book, so I can give a subsequent sermon on it.

...Human nature itself lies on the operating table ready for alteration, for eugenic and psychic "enhancement," for wholesale redesign.

The DVD shows that they are even conceiving artificial wombs that will work in the laboratory. This is being pushed by the feminists, so they don't have to bear children. They're even considering making androgynous human beings. What is androgynous mean? Male and female, together! How's that going to work?

In leading laboratories, academic and industrial, new creators are confidentially amassing their powers and quietly honing their skills while on the street their evangelists... [that is the transhumanists] ...are zealously prophesying of a post-human future.

That's why they're destroying Christianity. That's why they're destroying credibility in the Bible. You can't have Christians who will stand up and say, 'No! That is from Satan the devil.' Now the truth of it is this: Satan the devil has inspired human beings to develop his way of humans becoming gods, which means he's remaking them through this in his evil image for sure destruction.

Let's go one step further on this. God made human beings to be after their kind and so that through the plan of salvation we will become after the God kind. That is not transhumanism, that is trans-species, from the human kind to the God kind through God's plan, His Holy Spirit.

So, this is Satan's counterfeit: 'You listen to me, I'll make you smarter. Eve, that's right. That fruit is going to be really good.' We'll see what they did before the Flood. We covered some of this here recently, just in thinking about it, but now we'll go into it a little more detail in a bit.

For anyone who cares about preserving our humanity, the time has come for paying attention.

What they want to do, they want to have specially trained law enforcement courses for personnel in law enforcement. They're preparing for the future. How do you come in and analyze a crime scene or a murder when the suspect is half human and half animal? How do you handle that? How do you handle the forensics of that?

Add to this other unknown, such as memory transference...

They're figuring out how now they can take the memory out of one person and transfer it into the brain of another person.

...(an entirely new field of study suggesting that complex behavior patterns and even memories can be transferred from donors of large human organs to their recipients),...

Oh, ho. Remember, we saw the report that they are considering in America bringing back the guillotine? Guess what? All the human parts are intact.

...and the potential for tomorrow's human-animal chimera issues multiplies.

How would the memories, behavior patterns, and instincts, for example, of a wolf affect the mind of a human? That such unprecedented questions will have to be dealt with sooner or later has already been illustrated in the animal to animal experiments...where sections of brain of embryonic quails were transplanted into the brains of chickens...

Why are they doing it? So they can figure out what to do with human brains!

...and the resultant chickens exhibited head bobs and vocal trills unique to quail.

Instead of the cluck, cluck, like chickens do. I wonder what a rooster would sound like?

The implication from this field of study alone proves that complex behavior patterns can be transferred from one species to another, strongly suggesting that transhumans will likely bear unintended behavior and appetite disorders that could produce literal lycanthropes (werewolves).

We had movies for that? Yes, indeed! What was one of the first movies that they did when movies first came out? Remember that? Frankenstein! Yes!

As troubling as those thoughts are, some in government and science communities believe these dangers could be just the tip of the iceberg. One-on-one, interpersonal malevolence by human-animals might quickly be overshadowed by global acts of swarm violence.

Now consider this. You get one of these half and halves and he's convicted. And now you have to set up a whole new prison—right? Have you ever seen some of these maximum prisons where they keep them in there for life. What are you going to do with these guys for life? And if you think the riots in prisons have been bad, what do you think it would be like if you had a whole prison full of these and they had a riot and they all had the animalistic instinct to kill. The guards would be unable to handle it.

The new species, or "post-human," will likely view the old "normal" humans as inferior, even savages, and fit for slavery or slaughter. The normals, on the other hand, may see the post-humans as a threat and if they can, may engage in a pre-emptive strike by killing the post-humans before they themselves are killed or enslaved by them.

Ever heard of The Planet of the Apes? Have you ever heard of Avatar? Those are all post-humans! Or as it's listed, H+.

It is ultimately this predictable potential for genocide that makes species-altering experiments potential weapons of mass destruction, and makes the unaccountable genetic engineer a potential bioterrorist

What if they were able to do like they've shown in movies, where they take a man or a woman and give them training, and they inject into their mind what they want to have, and then at the set moment they want to use that person for the special mission, they're able to send a signal, switch the switch in the brain, and they go do what they do, and no memory of it.

[This is a] ...nightmarish vision of a near future wherein artilects and post-humans join against "normals" in an incomprehensible war leading to giga-death.

Another thing that he showed on this DVD was this. What if they develop a cancer vaccine by taking the genes from animals, because they already use animal genes, they already use the fetuses of aborted babies, too, in the vaccinations that they give. What if they were able to develop a vaccine against cancer, and it was effective? And then it was decided everybody in the world is going to have this and we'll eliminate cancer. And then it had a five-year kickback where it caused death. Now what are you going to do? Oh, yes, man is smarter than God.

Notwithstanding such warnings, the problem could be unavoidable, as Prof. Gregory Stock, in his well-researched and convincing book, Redesigning Humans: Our Inevitable Genetic Future, argues that stopping what we have already started (planned genetic enhancement of humans) is impossible. "We simply cannot find the brakes."

In fact, the competitive advantage—economic, military, even artistic—of every advance in automation is so compelling that passing laws, or having customs, that forbid such things merely assures that someone else will get them first."

So we must spend billions to do it ourselves. That's something! Then it talks about making a man 2.0 for the soldiers of the next war. If they reproduce and you have various species, what, for example, will happen if you have someone who has been genetically modified to have a very passive personality and there's a marriage. The other mate, whether male or female, comes from a wolf or comes from a lion. What's going to happen if they have an argument? How are you going to handle these things?

Just human arguments alone and human life the way it is today is tough enough. Just think what it's going to be then. So this is not something way, way, way down the road. This is something they're ready to launch right away.

Transhumanists support the emergence and convergence of technologies such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science (NBIC), and hypothetical future technologies such as simulated reality, artificial intelligence, super-intelligence, mind uploading, chemical brain preservation, and cryonics.

They believe that humans can and should use these technologies to become more than human. They therefore support the recognition and/or protection of cognitive liberty, morphological freedom, and procreative liberty as civil liberties... [That sounds like what happened up in San Francisco recently.] ...so as to guarantee individuals the choice of using human enhancement technologies on themselves and their children

You go to a family that has a very talented young basketball player and say, 'If you'd like to have another child, we can enhance him so he will be better than your super-star son now. Think of the millions that he could produce for you. Don't you think you would like to do that? Just sign right on the dotted line.'

Some speculate that human enhancement techniques and other emerging technologies may facilitate more radical human enhancement, no later than the midpoint in the 21st century.

Now they're saying 5-10 years.

Transhumanism, often abbreviated as H+ or h+, is an international intellectual and cultural movement that affirms the possibility and desirability of fundamentally transforming the human condition.

God's plan is to fundamentally change human nature through His Spirit. They will never, never be able to control the evil of the human mind or the evil of the wild animal minds.

We've read before where Jesus said—in Matt. 24 and Luke 17—'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man. They were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were given in marriage, until Noah entered the ark; likewise in the days of Lot, they were marrying, giving in marriage.' And you can imagine what those marriages would be in Sodom, same ones that they're pushing today. 'They were buying, they were selling, they were planting,' and everything.

 Were their activities only limited to that? Is it a sin to buy and sell? No! Is it a sin to marry and be given in marriage? No! Unless it's to the same sex. So, when Jesus said, 'As it was in those days, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man,' we can look at what is happening today and we can conclude that's what they were doing before the Flood.

Let's go back to Genesis 6 and we will look at the evidence there. Why was human conduct and human life so evil that God had to destroy all but one man and his family? You need to think about it! That's pretty drastic! Compare that with what God said to Abraham when Abraham came to Him and said, 'Oh, Lord, will you destroy the city if there are fifty righteous?' No, I won't! 'Forty-five?' No, I won't! 'Forty?' No, I won't. 'Thirty?' No, I won't! 'Excuse me, one more time, please. Ten?' No, I won't!

What does this tell us? The evil must have been so absolutely intense. Let's take what we're doing now and Jesus said, 'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.' And what can we conclude was happening? Exactly what is happening today, only on a much more magnified scale, because the people lived longer.

Let's come forward to this side of the Flood. When they were building the Tower of Babel, what did God say was the reason He confused their languages? 'Because this now they imagine to do and now nothing that they imagine to do will be restrained from them!' That shows you what human beings can do.

Let's come to Genesis 6:1: "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth... [Just like they are today. We passed the 7-billion mark already.] ...and when daughters were born to them, That the sons of the mighty ones... [It says in the King James, 'the sons of God.' But it means the mighty ones. Who do you suppose the mighty ones would be?] ...saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves from all whom they chose" (vs 1-2).

Here's the first thing that God said, because they were living to be 600, 700, 800, and Methuselah was 969. And by the way, the Arizona State University or I think it's Stanford, I forget which one, but if you want to go online and Google it, they have the Methuselah Project, named after Methuselah. 'We want to live to be a thousand years old.' I'd rather live forever God's way.

Verse 3: "And the LORD said, 'My Spirit shall not always strive with man in his going astray, for he is but flesh, and yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.'" That's when He determined to limit man's age, and from that point forward you look through the genealogies and the age went down, from 930 with Noah, down to the other ones, down to 400, 300, 200, 100, down to the time of David, and it says he was well stricken in age at 70-years old. Now come back to this 120. How old was Moses when he died? 120!

Verse 4: "There were tyrants on the earth... [The King James says giants, and giants were tyrants. Could be either one. But these are not the offspring of angels and men, because the angels cannot procreate with women, because God didn't make them to reproduce.] ...and also after that, the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. They were mighty men who existed of old, men of renown" (v 4).

How did they become that way? And scientifically, once you're able to get into the cellular level, and you have all the equipment, you have all of the understanding—remember how old that they were—and you could put all of this together. Genetic transference of genes is not that difficult.

I know, I talked to a geneticist who worked for a company that did genetic modification of plants. And that's where I got the expression: a gene is a gene is a gene. All the genes and everything are interchangeable in the test tubes, in the in-vitro. The barriers are there to keep that from happening with natural procreation, with natural seeding, with natural pollination, with natural grafting, and things like this of plants. That's an entirely different situation.

Since what we are covering here is analyzing what Jesus said, looking at what's happening today, and we are drawing the conclusion that it must have happened likewise during the days of Noah. We can't absolutely prove that so I'm going to ring my cowbell. However, I think that we can say substantially they had to be doing the same thing, because marrying and giving in marriage, and planting and buying and selling, is not enough to deserve the death of the whole of mankind, except eight people.

This is where then we rely on the Word of God being the Word of Truth. And with it then, we can draw certain conclusions if we rightly put it together and examine what the Scriptures are telling us.

Ecclesiastes 1:9: "That which has been is that which shall be; and that which has been done is that which shall be done; and there is nothing new under the sun. Is there a thing of which it may be said, 'See, this is new'? It has already been in days of old, which were before us. There is no memory of former things, neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come by those who shall come afterwards" (vs 9-11). True saying!

Let's come back to Genesis 6, and before we get to the building of the ark, I want to ask you a question. Do you think that as it's depicted by productions such as National Geographic or History Channel that an ark the size of what God told Noah to build could be made with primitive axes? Today we have power saws. Why would it be a stretch to say they had power tools back then? Was electricity undiscoverable? Was it that way? If we can do it today, with our short lifespan, think of what they did when they all had one language and they lived hundreds and hundreds of years, and also under the inspiration of Satan the devil.

Genesis 6:5; let's look at this. This is given here to teach us, not only the lessons, but as Jesus said, 'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.' Is it incorrect to say let's look at a parallel here? Let's see if there's some things in Gen. 6 which can give us some clues as to why God did what He did.'

Genesis 6:5: "And the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." Are all these scientific ventures that they're doing today evil continually? As well as what we would say ordinary human sin? Yes! Are the making of mass destructive weapons of destruction wicked, evil? Yes, indeed!

"...every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.... [Doesn't say this any place else]: ...And the LORD repented that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart" (vs 5-6). Takes an awful lot to bring God to that point—don't you think? He was grieved!

Verse 7: "And the LORD said, 'I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, and the crawling thing, and the fowl of the air; for I repent that I have made them.'" Now, for God to repent, that's got to be a mammoth thing. There has to be an awful lot wrong with man and beast, crawling thing, fowl of the air. What did they do to make it so evil? Is it then unfair to assume that what Jesus said, 'As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the coming of the Son of man.' And look at what's happening here. We have all, what are called, normal human sins—don't we? Breaking of the Ten Commandments. But we also have evil multiplying—don't we? Lawlessness multiplying—right? Yes! And all of this scientific endeavor here is evil, without a doubt.

Verse 8: "But Noah... [No one else!] ...Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD…. [One man, just one man. After the Flood it got down to one man—Abraham; one man out of all.] …These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man and perfect in his generations..." (vs 8-9). What does that mean? Perfect in his generations can also mean in his genealogy. That means that Noah did not have a perverted inheritance.

If you're going to restart the human race again after the Flood, you've got to have those who have come from the genealogy. Now they've been able to figure this with the DNA. They've been able to see that there came a time in human history where the DNA got down to a very narrow band and then expanded out again from there. Of course, that probably is the Flood and Noah. All human beings came from Noah's sons—this side of the Flood—and their wives. All!

Verse 10: "And Noah begat three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Now the earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence" (vs 10-11). Do we have violence today, as well as these scientific endeavors? Yes, we do! Unheard of violence! Part of this transhumanism is, in seeking the immortal, to seek the spirits. Openly saying, 'We need to seek the spirits.' So, it's not surprising that we have on television today ghost hunters. They're looking for haunted houses, haunted caves. They want to talk to the demons.

What does it say of human beings in Rev. 13? What does it say that human beings are going to be doing? Let's also understand this. All prophecy is going to be fulfilled to its maximum amount. Not a little something that you have to go out in some wasteland desert to find its fulfillment.

Revelation 13:2: "And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, and his feet like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion; and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death, but his deadly wound was healed; and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon, who gave his authority to the beast" (vs 2-4). Stop and think for a minute. Every 'religion' in this world is worshipping Satan the devil. Protestants don't like to admit it, but they accept all of Satan's days—Sunday and the holidays. They've got another Jesus. They may, in many respects, be nicer people than those who are given over to evil. That is true. But that doesn't mean they have salvation.

If you worship on Satan's days, how can you be worshipping the true God? If you don't know when Jesus was really crucified and when He was actually resurrected, how can you have the real Jesus? Penetrating question, which makes people furious! How can you say you're a Christian when you do things that are contrary to what Jesus said?

"...and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon, who gave his authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying, 'Who is like the beast? Who has the power to make war against him?'" (vs 3-4). What do you think they were doing before the Flood? Were they worshipping the true God or were they worshipping Satan the devil?

Satan didn't take a vacation after Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden of Eden. He was just getting going. Here is the whole society. And it got so corrupt that even the last generation of those who were the descendants from Seth on down through Enoch and so forth, that they began marrying into the satanic line of Cain. And that's what it is here, the sons of God. Do we find that today of the descendants of Israel today? Are they getting into Satan worship today? Of course, yes! It happened then.

Now back to Genesis 6. Why does it record right here about Noah, he was a righteous man, which means he obeyed God and perfect in his generations or genealogy. That has to be significant for why God destroyed all life. Why would He destroy all life? Abraham pleaded with God. He says, 'You know, O Lord, Judge of all the earth, will you destroy the righteous with the wicked?' He said, 'No, I won't.' Bargained all the way down to ten. Ended up only being 4 escaping: two daughters, his wife and himself. So the angels took the wife and two daughters, not the two sons killed. Then there were surrounding cities, too. They were destroyed, because they should not have let Sodom and Gomorrah get in the shape that it was in. But they tolerated it and put up with it. Sound a little like what's happening here in Central California? Yes, indeed!

Verse 10: "And Noah begat three sons: Shem, Ham and Japheth. Now the earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and behold, it was corrupt—for all flesh had corrupted its way upon the earth" (vs 10-12). How bad was that corruption? Did it enter into what we would call scientific things or fields today? Did they also have the ability to understand about in-vitro fertilization? Gene splicing? How long did it take the scientists at this end of history to figure that out? From WWII to now! And what they're doing makes Dr. Mengele look like he was only in kindergarten. He didn't even get out of the sandbox compared to what they're doing now.

Verse 13: "And God said to Noah, 'The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them. And behold, I will destroy them with the earth" (v 13). We ask what's going to happen if you have a human being that is transhuman who has the instinct to kill from animals. Is that a possibility?

Like in some places in the world today, they're filled with violence; has nothing to do with genetics and gene splicing. But they've just given themselves over to it entirely where they kill and maim and slaughter. Look at the situations in Central Africa. Look what happened with Genghis Khan coming from Mongolia. They slaughtered and they killed. It was really something!

So He said, 'Okay. You get some cypress timbers,' and then tells him how to build the ark. And it's 300 cubits, that's 450 feet long. And it will be 50 cubits wide and that is 75 feet wide. And it's height 30 cubits, which is 45 feet high (vs 14-15 paraphrased).

And it has three stories, last part of v 16: "…You shall make it with lower, second and third stories. And behold, I, even I am bringing a flood of waters upon the earth in order to destroy all flesh—in which is the breath of life—from under heaven. Everything which is upon the earth shall die…. [Would you say that is extreme punishment? Yes, indeed! That's something!] …But I will establish My covenant with you. And you shall come into the ark—you and your sons and your wife, and your sons' wives with you. And you shall bring into the ark two of every kind, of every living thing of all flesh, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. Two of every kind shall come to you... [God sent them. Did God select them because their genes were not compromised? Don't know! Possibility!] ...of fowls after their kind, and of animals after their kind, of every crawling thing of the earth after its kind. And take for yourself all that is eaten as food, and you shall gather it for yourself; and it shall be for food, for you and for them" (vs 16-21).

I think we could just have to speculate, could it be that a lot of the animals hibernated on the ark? Look at bears. They can go all the time hibernating. Did God cause the animals and things to hibernate and then wake up occasionally to feed, hibernate again? Don't know! We don't know how God did it, but He did it.

Verse 22: "Noah did so, according to all that God commanded him, so he did."

Genesis 7:1: "And the LORD said to Noah, 'You and all your house shall come into the ark; for you, I have seen righteous before Me in this generation. You shall take with you every clean animal by sevens, the male and female... [Why? Because they had to have something to eat!] ...And take two of the animals that are not clean, the male and female.'" (vs 1-2). The law of clean and unclean meats was there before the Flood. And there'd be no reason to have clean and unclean meats unless they were eating meat. If they were total vegetarians, wouldn't matter whether they were clean or unclean. You wouldn't eat them.

Verse 3: "Also take of the fowls of the air by sevens, the male and the female, to keep their kind alive upon the face of all the earth; for in seven more days, I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and I will destroy from off the face of the earth every living thing that I have made'" (vs 3-4). Then it tells what happened.

Let's come to where after the ark had settled down, the floodwaters had gone down, and they were able to get out of the ark. They had a chance to start over again. Did God change human nature? No! Can human nature, if they follow the laws of God, discipline themselves to keep the evil inclinations of human under control? Yes, indeed!

What did He tell Cain? Cain said, 'Why are you angry?'—because God didn't accept his offering. He said, 'If you do well, you'll be accepted. But if not, sin lies at the door. And you must rule over it.' Now He wouldn't tell him he had to rule over it if he had no ability to do so. That means we have choices and we can choose right and wrong. So Cain, instead of repenting, got mad.

That incident occurred, if Josephus is right, when they were 135-years-old. So you have many, many years of Abel doing what is right, receiving the blessing of God and Cain not doing what was right and not being blessed by God. So, when the final incident happened, he got angry and killed his brother.

Lets them out, Genesis 8:16: (God said): "Go out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and your sons' wives with you. Bring out with you every living thing that is with you—of all flesh, of fowl, of livestock, and of every crawling thing that crawls upon the earth—so that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful and multiply upon the earth…. [We can say that's been done—right?] …And Noah went out, and his sons and his wife and his sons' wives with him. Every animal, every fowl, and every crawling thing, all that crawls upon the earth after their families, went forth out of the ark. And Noah built an altar to the LORD, and he took of every clean animal, and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar" (vs 16-20). That is in thanksgiving for the deliverance that God had given them.

Now notice what God said here, v 21: "And the LORD smelled a sweet savor; and the LORD said in His heart... [Just like He said back here, God said in His heart, 'It grieved Me at heart that I made man.'] ...and the LORD said in His heart, 'I will not again curse the ground for man's sake—although the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; and I will not again smite every living thing as I have done. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease'" (vs 21-22).

That's been true. Then He blessed them, said be fruitful, multiply. He made a special covenant with them, put the rainbow, and said, 'This is My sign. When you look on it you know I have promised never to flood the earth again.' God has kept His promise. Then human life gradually—the generations—died younger and younger and younger.

We are reaching a time that was like 'as the days of Noah,' and look at what we are doing. I don't believe they got to the moon back in their day. It may have been possible, but as someone pointed out, we haven't seen any footprints up there, other than what the astronauts from the United States did when they arrived there. They now have telescopes that they know where to look on the moon and they can see the footprints. They also have a spotter thing that they use for a laser beam to measure the distance between the moon and the earth. Now they're finding that the moon orbit goes out and comes back and sort of wobbles a little bit. They now know, and they've known for a long time, there are 5,000 different variations of the moon's action around the earth.

Are we wrong in concluding, as we look out today and see what they are doing, and say, 'That must have been what they were doing then, maybe even more advanced than we are today.' Look at some of the civilizations right after the Flood. They still have never figured out how they got the stones to build the pyramids and got them up there.'

They haven't figured out in Peru, you've got this city 12,000 feet on top of the mountain. And they know the stones were cut across the valley 4,000 feet deep and up to the other side. How did they get the stones from there to the city? How did they make them so they would fit perfectly? They don't know! Will all of our scientific information we have today, they can't figure it out.

Someone thought that they may have discovered something in the hieroglyphics in the pyramids. What they did, they carved in there their history and what they were doing, just like we do on our monuments today. They think that they discovered that there was something that they were able to put under these rocks, which then gave the stones—and they're thousands of tons, hundreds of tons anyway—the ability to get them to come up off the ground; maybe some kind of anti-magnetic thing. Then all you have to do is push them. They don't know! They're thinking about it.

In South America they found granite—which is very hard, very difficult to work with—with carvings that perfectly square, rectangles, square corners, sharp edges, and they had three layers of these sharp edges going down. Then it was cut out in the middle with no indication of any tool being used on it. How did that happen? They don't know! But we can't even do it today. And it's still so sharp, that if you run your thumb down the edge of it, you're going to cut your thumb—after thousands of years.

So, we can conclude that there are just a lot of things we don't know anything about. We can also conclude that it's very likely that they were doing the things back then that are happening now. And the way things are going now, I think helps answer: Why is Jesus coming back with the wrath and vengeance of God and there is going to be so much death, destruction, and mayhem? That's God judgment and it's awesome!

You read the book of Revelation, takes your breath away. It's like Dolores said the other night, as a matter of fact last night, she said, 'All we hear is death, doom, and gloom.' So, I'll bring some sermons that are not death, doom, and gloom. So I responded in saying, 'What do you expect at the end of the age before Jesus returns?' Is not lawlessness going to be multiplied? Are not all these evils going to be happening?

Listen, brethren, where we live here, we're blessed to live here. Think what it's like to live in the middle of some of those cities where just to look at you elicits the desire to kill. So there we have it!

Now, I'm going to get some of the books mentioned here and I'm going to be reading those. If there's any more information that we can bring to update on transhumanism, then I'll do it.

Question came up: What about the IBM ad where they showed the semi-built tower of Babel and the destruction. They said, 'What they have started, we will finish.' Does that mean that they have left doing that and are searching for eternal life? Remember, Satan always said, 'You shall be gods.' I suspect back then they were also seeking eternal life. But I think what is meant by 'that we will finish what they started,' that they would finish making the worldwide society that men started at the Tower of Babel and God cut short.

And after all, what is the whole world system called? Babylon the Great! A lot of these things we can't know absolutely for sure, but if what we covered is correct, then it helps us understand where these things are going to go. Now how far they will go, I do not know. How much will take place, I don't know. Nobody knows! We have thought many times, 'Oh, the return of the Lord is just around the corner.' We turn the corner and lo and behold there's still more time.

Then we've heard the phrase said, 'Well, prophecy's speeding up.' Then when something happens, we say, 'Well, prophecy's slowing down.' God must be an erratic driver—right? Speeding up! Slowing down! No, it's on time! Everything's going to be on time. But certain events will catch up to a point that they need to be. But that doesn't mean things are speeding up.

Take all of the technological things that we know today, I mean even with nanotechnology, they have even conceived that they could, with nanotechnology, have a special copy machine where you put into it all the specifications for a car, push the button, and it will put it together, nanotechnology. That's what they're working on. Now that blows my mind.

I've had a little trouble with my computer and Steven and Jonathan have been helping me with it. I am technologically inept. I do operate at the level of Fred Flintstone. I just use my computer for word processing. So when it went goofy, I didn't know what to do. So they came in and they said, 'Ah, Dad, you ought to get a new one.' I said, 'No, no, this one will work. Let me have this one.' So, they did get it working really good and Jonathan got the disk drive in there. I still use three and half inch floppies. That's how ancient my technology is and you open up the drawer where I store my stuff, and guess what you see in there? A couple of things like this with five-inch floppies. Stephen saw that and said, 'Dad, what's that?' So, Jonathan comes in with a thumb drive. Now, a thumb drive is no bigger than this and you can put everything that you have in my computer and more on a thumb drive.
So as they improve all these technologies, where's it going to go? What's going to happen if they all of a sudden announce, 'Here we have it. We are going to improve the human race.'

• Does everyone want to be improved?
• Do you want to think better?
• Do you want to be stronger?
• Do you want to be more beautiful?

If you don't want to, we can make you more ugly, whichever one you want.

They actually bring forth a fully mature chimera. What are we going to do? How's the world going to handle that? And they say, 'We have the production ready to go. We can have thousands of these in just a couple of years.'

The comment was made that by 2015 the CD will be obsolete and I never got from floppy to CD yet. I'm already obsolete. I guess that's why I have gray hair. We'll keep you posted on the chimera.
