The Holy Angels

I want to give a message today about the Holy angels, let's start by going to:

Luke 9:26: "For whoever shall be ashamed of Me and My words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in the glory of the Father and of the Holy angels."

We know that Jesus Christ is going to be returning in His glory, but also the glory of the Holy angels, whom were created. They are Holy because of God and the way God created and designed them.

These Holy angels are faithful to God and Jesus Christ, faithful in their love for God and Christ and for us, the saints whom God has called.

There are a lot of accounts of angels in God's Word. It's pretty amazing when you read through the Scriptures how many times angels are mentioned throughout God's Word. A lot of things and examples for us that we can learn from angels.

It's safe to say that a lot of maybe has seen an angel and didn't know it. Paul talks about that:

Hebrews 13:1: "Let brotherly love be present among you continually. Do not forget to show hospitality; for by this some have unknowingly welcomed angels as guests" (vs 1-2).

Paul gives an admonishment to continue to be hospitable, because sometime we may have entertained an angel by doing this. It's something for us to be mindful of. We will see as we continue on in the message that angels are very much engaged in our lives.

How many of these Holy angels are there?

Psalm 68:17: "The chariots of God are myriads… [something that can't be counted] …thousands upon thousands; the LORD is among them, in Sinai, in the Holy place."

We also get a good thought-proving view of how many angels there are in Heb. 12; they can't be counted!

Hebrews 12:22: "But you have come to Mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, heavenly Jerusalem; and to an innumerable company of angels."

They can't be numbered. That's for us that they can't be numbered. But we know that God and Jesus Christ know every one of them. They were all created by God and Jesus Christ and, I'm sure they all have a name. Yes, to Them They know every one, but to us they're innumerable!

Think about this in relationship to Satan. Rev. 12 talks about Satan was able to rebellion to draw away a third of the angels. Some are locked away, and some are here upon the earth. It kind of gives you an idea when it talks about in the Rev. 9 when the bottomless abyss is opened up, how many of these demons, fallen angels, will be here influencing mankind. Certainly mankind is going to see at that time just how evil Satan is in this system.

He is called the 'god of this world' and this world unknowingly—sometimes knowingly—worships him, and they're going to see what the world is going to be like when all those demons ate loosed at that time. So, it gives us an idea of just how many angels there are, an innumerable amount of them.

The Holy angels are loyal to God, and that's what this message is about, the Holy angels! The ones who stayed faithful to God. They did not rebel at the time that Satan rebelled. These stayed with God and Christ, the God of the Old Testament.

They're obedience. You could say that they always look to God and Jesus Christ in their obedience. Let's see what Peter says:

2-Peter 2:10: "But particularly those who walk after the flesh in corrupting lust, and hold in utter contempt the lordship of God. They are audacious and self-willed. They are not afraid to blaspheme the Divine powers."

This is talking about corrupted people, those against God and how they are in their attitudes and rebellious minds. They're not afraid to blaspheme God and the Divine powers.

Verse 11: "Whereas angels, who are greater in strength and power, do not bring a railing condemnation against them before the Lord."

Could they, the Holy angels? It says here that they have great power and strength, but they don't because they know it's not given to them to do that. That's not God's will for them to be that way. They are always engaged and looking to God and Christ and obedient to Them in their behavior.

When we see some of the characteristics of the Holy angels there are things there that we can certainly learn ourselves.

Psalm 103:20: "Bless the LORD, O you His angels, mighty in strength, who do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word."

That's how they are! They completely obey God! We see an example of this in Exo. 23, where it talks about the Lord's Angel. We know that there was an angel there with Israel when they came out of Egypt and were in the wilderness. God told Israel:

Angel Power

Exodus 23:20: "Behold, I send an Angel before you, to keep you in the way, and to bring you to the place which I have prepared. Be on guard in His presence and obey His voice. Do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions… [it says why here]: …for My name is in Him" (vs 20-21).

This was an admonishment by God to Israel:

Here's an angel I'm sending before you, you need to be really careful how He leads or directs you, because if you don't He's going to listen to My words and My direct commands that I've given Him. He won't pardon, because God's name, the Truth, the Way, they Life was in Him and He would be completely obedient to whatever instructions were given to Him. He would execute those completely.

We see an example of this also in 1-Chron. 21, which is about the time that King David numbered Israel. He shouldn't have done that, but it says there that Satan provoked him, and he had Israel counted. He used Joab to do that, and because this was done, God sent His angel to destroy Jerusalem. While that destroying was occurring, God had the angel stop. But 70,000 men died through that angel and his sword.

It talks about how David saw the angel there in the air between Jerusalem and heaven. David saw the sword drawn and saw as God commanded the angel to put his sword away and stop. Evidently there, if God hadn't have stopped him, there would have been a destruction of Jerusalem. That's what the angel was sent to do.

It gives you an idea of the power and the authority of the angels, and their obedience! Even though David was a man after God's own heart and in a lot of ways full of courage but he was afraid, even afraid to come and give a sacrifice at the altar because of this angel that he saw.

Again, it's an example of the loyalty and obedience that the angels have, and also their power! They do have authority to do certain thing, and we see an example of this in the account of Lot and Sodom and Gomorrah and his family. We know that they came out—Lot, his wife, two daughters—but his wife looked back and unfortunately, because she didn't obey the angels, she was turned into a pillar of salt.

We'll just read a couple of verses to emphasize, again, the authority that the angels have:

Genesis 19:1: "And there came two angels to Sodom at evening…. [sometimes the angels work together] …and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom. And Lot rose up to meet them when he saw them. And he bowed himself with his face toward the ground."

We know the story there, the men of Sodom wanted to know who these two were, and wanted to know them. Lot was pulled back into his house.

Verse 11 speaking of the two angels: "And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door."

These two angels had the authority to do this, to blind the ones who were there trying to get hold of the angels and Lot.

Let's see another attribute of the Holy angels: How they rejoice before God. They're very, very connected with God and His Plan and what He is doing. They know somewhat of the things that God is doing and planning, but they don't know everything. This is brought out in a couple of Scriptures:

1-Peter 1:12: "To whom it was revealed that, not for themselves, but to us they were ministering these things, which now have been announced to you by those who have preached the Gospel to you by the Holy Spirit…"

We think about this through what's been preached and recorded in God's Word, we have a lot of information and knowledge now pertaining to us and our future in the Kingdom and the plan of God that others before maybe did not have a clear understanding of.

"…sent from heaven—into which things the angels desire to look" (v 12).

Yes, there are certain things that the angels desire to look into and learn more about. As we know there are a lot of prophets and men of old who were able to prophesy the things coming in the future, but really did not know everything that was going to be happing.

Certainly, we don't know everything either, as Paul talks about, we look through 'a dark glass' (1-Cor. 13). He says that 'then we will see face-to-face, and know exactly as we have been known.' So, the angels desire to look into what's going on and what's going to be coming.

Angels rejoice:

Matt. 24 is what Christ said concerning His return in the end-time:

Matthew 24:35: "The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My words shall never pass away. But concerning that day, and the hour, no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only" (vs 35-36).

We know there are things that the angels don't know for sure. We don't necessarily have to know everything. We know that God will reveal things to us as we need to know them, and as time goes on we will know more, and the angels will, as well.

Job 38:6—God is talking about the creation: "On what are the foundations fastened to? Or who laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?" (vs 6-7).

Can you imagine that? When the creation was happening and things were being done by God and Jesus Christ by Their Word! These thing came into being and the angels were there!

It says they all sang together! What an amazing thing! And they shouted for joy! What that must have been like to hear all the angels shout.

1-Thess. 4 talks about the resurrection and the shout of an Archangel and what that sound is going to be like! But here it says that all of them were singing and shouting with joy! How powerful that must have been when you think about the magnitude and power and glory of God and Christ, the God of the Old Testament at that time.

Here's another example of how the angels rejoice when it comes to us; when they see God call and work with people. They see repentance and change.

Luke 15:10: "I tell you that in like manner, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

The angels know just how important life is, eternal life, and they're joyful for this. They're excited for all of those whom God calls and all of those who choose to repent and want to follow God and be obedient to God, just as they are. For those who strive the Holy just as God is Holy. They rejoice and have joy in this!

Angels have spiritual battles

Ephesians 6:12: "Because we are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities and against powers, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual power of wickednessin high places."

We wrestle against spiritual powers, and that's why we have to put on the whole armor of God and guard our mind. But the angels themselves—whether we think about this or not—also have spiritual battles. Let's see an example of this:

Daniel 10:11: "And he [Gabriel] said to me, 'O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, give heed to the words that I speak to you and stand upright, for to you I am now sent.' And when he had spoken these words to me, I stood up trembling. Then he said to me, 'Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. And I have come because of your words. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days. Then lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; for I had been there alone with the kings of Persia'" (vs 10-13).

Verse 20: "Then he said, 'Do you know why I come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia. And when I go forth, lo, the prince of Greece shall come. But I will show you that which is written in the Scripture of Truth….'" (vs 20-21).

The angels have spiritual battles at times with Satan and the demons. Down through time we don't know how many times this has happened, but I'm sure that you've heard of examples in war time where there are certain things happening. The demons are very much involved in wars and activities like this. How many times are the angels there to intervene in war to honor God? We don't know! But we do know that they have spiritual wars with spiritual powers of Satan.

Jude 9: "But Michael the archangel, when he was personally taking issue with the devil…"

It's uses the word personal there; Michael was there with Satan taking issue.

"…disputing about the body of Moses, did not presume to pronounce a reviling judgment against him, but said, 'The Lord Himself rebuke you!'" (v 9).

We read a very similar account back in Peter, that they have power and strength, but they don't bring accusations against, they leave that up to God and His authority.

In this case Michael told Satan, "…The Lord Himself rebuke you!…." They do have spiritual battles!

Revelation 12:7: "And there was war in heaven; Michael and his angels warred against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels warred. But they did not prevail, neither was their place found any more in heaven" (vs 7-8).

So, that's an example of their spiritual warfare with Satan and the demons.

Revelation 20:1—and event yet to come: "Then I saw an angel descending from heaven, having the key of the abyss, and a great chain in his hand. And he took hold of the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years" (vs 1-2).

A lot of times it mentions in God's Word God's angel or a certain angel and it doesn't say who the angel is. Sometimes we may speculate on who that might be, but we know that God's Word talks about Michael and Gabriel. There will be an angel here that will be given the power and the authority to go and bind Satan with chains. So, there will be a special type spiritual chain that is created and will bind Satan.

We know there are examples in God's Word, there's one where a demon called Legion, because he had many demons within him. We know through God's Word that this man was able to break chains or however he was bound; he was able to break those things. The chains that will bind Satan he will not be able to break through these chains.

This is something that we may be able to witness. I think we will witness, because at this time we will be spiritual beings. But nonetheless, the angels have their spiritual battles as well, and are given instructions by God to do certain things.

Special Responsibilities

Michael and Gabriel have special responsibilities and so do, I'm sure, other angels down through have been given special responsibilities by God to do certain things. Let's look at a couple of examples of that.

We have a good account in Luke 1 of Gabriel and the interaction he had with Zacharias and also with Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Luke 1:18: "Then Zacharias said to the angel, 'By what means shall I know this? For I am an old man, and my wife is advanced in years.'"

We know that Gabriel had come to pronounce to Zacharias that he would have a son in his older age with his wife Elizabeth.

Pay attention to how this, how powerful the words are here directly from Gabriel to Zacharias.

Verse 19: "And the angel answered and said to him, 'I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God; and I was sent to speak to you, and to announce this good news to you. But behold, you shall be silent and unable to speak until the day in which these things shall take place, because you did not believe my words, which shall be fulfilled in their time'" (vs 19-20). Gabriel had the authority to do this!

It makes you think about the angels and their ability to discern us and what it is our mind, what we're thinking. Gabriel here was able to recognize in Zacharias that he did not believe what was being proclaimed to him from God, from the Most High God Himself!

Verse 30: "Then the angel said to her, 'Do not be afraid, Mary, because you have found grace with God; and behold, you shall conceive in your womb and give birth to a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God shall give Him the throne of David, His forefather; and He shall reign over the house of Jacob into the ages, and of His Kingdom there shall be no end.'" (vs 30-33).

Verse 34: "But Mary said to the angel, 'How shall this be, since I have not had sexual relations with a man?'" Mary questioned Gabriel here!

Verse 35: "And the angel answered and said to her, 'The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you; and for this reason, the Holy One being begotten in you shall be called the Son of God.'"

Mary had a question for Gabriel, 'How can this be?' but we see the difference there between Zacharias and Mary, and Gabriel was able to understand what was being asked.

Zacharias didn't believe, but Mary just had a question. She was wondering, 'I've not been with a man, how can this be?' Gabriel explained it to her.

As a point here, the angels have special responsibilities and Gabriel was messenger here, and was also a messenger to Daniel. We can see here that they do have the ability to understand and have discernment.

Daniel 12:1: "And at that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands for the children of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation even until that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered—everyone who shall be found written in the book."

We know that Michael is looked upon as a prince for God's people. We saw earlier in Daniel that he was also called a prince. It makes me think about how Satan is called a prince, the prince of the power of the air! But here we just are pointing out that there are certain functions that Michael has, and given by God to be a 'prince for God's people.'

Ministering Spirits

To change the thought a little bit, let's go to Hebrews and we will get to a very, very important function that the angels have been given and who they are.

Hebrews 1:13: "But unto which of the angels did He ever say, 'Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet'?…. [referring back to Psa. 110] …Are they not all ministering spirits, being sent forth to minister to those who are about to inherit salvation?" (vs 13-14). Ministering spirits for God's people!

There is at least one religious organization that I'm aware of that look at Jesus Christ as being an angel. But knowing the Truth of God's Word, that is not correct! We see that here plainly:

Verse 13: "But unto which of the angels did He ever say, 'Sit at My right hand…?" That was given only to Jesus Christ the Son of God, the God of the Old Testament!

There are angels and their job is to minister to us! Let's look at an example of this in their ministering to us and how they ministered to Jesus Christ.

We know that this was after the time when Christ had fasted for 40 days and was being tempted by Satan.

Matthew 4:11: "Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and ministered to Him."

Makes you think about us as God's people. How many times have we been ministered to and helped out? Directly by angels in certain ways, and maybe we weren't aware of it. I have heard of certain accounts where there's been miracles occur in brethren's lives at times. They know that somebody was there to help them in certain ways. Some talk about that. We know they have been sent to minister to us, take care of us and watch over us.

In a little bit we're going to read about a requirement from us that God expects us to have so that He can give that protection and ministering to us.

We know that before the crucifixion that there was a lot upon Jesus Christ. He was in a lot of agony knowing what was about to happen, and the crucifixion and how difficult it was going to be. We get an idea here of ministering angels and what they do:

Luke 22:41: "And He withdrew from them about a stone's throw; and falling to His knees, He prayed saying, 'Father, if You are willing to take away this cup from Me; nevertheless, not My will, but Your will be done.' Then an angel from heaven appeared to Him, strengthening Him" (vs 41-43).

That account is in there for us! There was an angel sent to strengthen and encourage Christ in what He was about to do. In the same way angels can be sent to us from time-to-time, and maybe we're not aware of it, as ministering spirits to give us strength and help when we need it in troubling and difficult times for us! We know this is from God and Christ!

Angel's Intervention:

We know that there was a point when Daniel was put into the lion's den. As we break into the account here, we know that Darius came to check on Daniel. Darius liked Daniel, and was kind of tricked into putting on the command that Daniel be put into the lion's den. Darius liked Daniel and went to check on him.

Daniel 6:21: "Then Daniel said to the king, 'O king, live forever. My God has sent His angel, and has shut the lions' mouths, and they have not hurt me because before Him innocency was found in me. And also before you, O king, I have done no harm.' Then the king was exceedingly glad for him and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So, Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of injury was found on him because he trusted in his God" (vs 21-23).

The angel was sent there in that case to shut the lions' mouths, and Daniel trusted in God. That's key for the ministering angels to come to us and provide some of our needs, cares, protection and trust.

In Dan. 3 we read about Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego. This time it was with King Nebuchadnezzar, a different king. They were protected in the fiery furnace.

Daniel 3:28: "Nebuchadnezzar spoke and said, 'Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego Who has sent His angel and has delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and has defiled the king's words, and has given back their bodies from the flame, so that they might not serve nor worship any god except their own God.'"

That command from Nebuchadnezzar, which looked like certain death for Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego did not come, because God sent His angel and they were protected from that fire, to be able to go on and serve the Most High God.

The important part for us is to trust, the trust we should have in God and Christ!

Psalm 34:7: "The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them."

The ministering Holy angels camp around us. Maybe we just don't know how many times we have been delivered, protected and taken care of. We pray every day that God watches over us and protects us and our families., and the brethren. God has His angels to do that for Him.

Psa. 91 is one we refer to a lot as a chapter to read to bring us comfort and assurety in what God does for us in protecting us in times of need, troubling times. But an important part here, again, is in:

Psalm 91:1: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in Whom I will trust'" (vs 1-2).

That's the important part, we need to get close to God! We need to get under His protective wings and put ourselves there and our total trust in Him. If we do this:

Verse 11: "For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone" (vs 11-12).

Angels' Direct Connection

I want to bring something out here about the angels that maybe you haven't considered before. They have a direct connection with us and with God at the same time. God is our loving Father, He:

• leads us
• guides us
• directs us
• corrects us
• works in our lives in so many different ways

Along with Jesus Christ our personal Savior! The Holy angels of God have direct connection with us, and they also look to God! Let's see this in Matt. 18, and how profound this is.

Matthew 18:6: "But whoever shall cause one of these little ones… [the ones whom God calls, He children] …who believe in Me to offend, it would be better for him that a millstone be hung around his neck and he be sunk in the depths of the sea."

It's very important how we consider one another, how we treat one another, and offenses particularly.

Verse 10: "Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones…"

This is a mindset or thoughts that are not correct toward others, toward in this case the little ones, God's people.

"…for I tell you that their angels in heaven continually look upon the face of My Father, Who is in heaven" (v 10).

How we consider each other is very important. The angels always have our best interest in mind! They witness us as brethren! How we treat each other, how we love one another! We also witness things that shouldn't be happening in our relationship with each other and also our relationship and obedience to God. Particularly here, talking about offences, being on guard that we don't despise or have the wrong thoughts about each other. They behold God's face continually. They look to us and they're always looking for God's guidance and direction as do the Holy angels.

It's something to consider as the angels, the ministering spirits sent to minister unto us, they have that direct connection with us and with God.

Matt. 24 gives another idea just how engaged the angels are going to be with us and how God will use them at the end, at our resurrection.

Matthew 24:30: "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."

We read that when we started the message. Christ is going to come back with glory, His glory and the glory of the Father and the Holy angels.

Verse 31: "And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet; and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

This is going to be an awesome day for us, God's people! When we think about that—whether we fall asleep before Christ returns and or we remain alive until we're changed. We know that one of those two things will occur. The angels will be sent to gather. We can think about what that may be like, but what a tremendous day and occurrence that's going to be when we're there with an angel or a couple of angels, they'll be with us as we go up to meet Christ and to meet God the Father in a different body, and a totally completely different mind!

Something to look forward to; something good to think about!

Do Not Worship Angels:

Revelation 22:8: "Now I, John, was the one who saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel… [the angel who was bringing this message] …who was showing me these things. But he said to me, 'See that you do not do this!…. [don't bow down and worship me] …For I am a fellow servant of yours, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God'" (vs 8-9).

We do not worship angels! They are Holy unto God! We worship God and Jesus Christ! We can always be thankful for the angels and praying and giving God thanks for His creation and what He's done for us and the creation of the angels for us and for Him also. But we don't worship them!

On the other hand, Satan and his demons do desire to be worshipped. They don't have this mind. That's why they're not the Holy angels. They're the fallen angels that have rebelled, whose countenance and minds have changed. But we don't worship the Holy angels!

Revelation 5:11: "And I saw and I heard the voices of many angels around the Throne, and the voices of the living creatures and the elders, and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, 'Worthy is the Lamb Who was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory and blessing.' And every creature that is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and those that are on the sea, and all the things in them, I heard saying, 'To Him Who sits on the Throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing, and honor, and glory, and sovereignty into the ages of eternity.' And the four living creatures said, 'Amen.' And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped Him Who lives into the ages of eternity" (vs 11-14).

• Do you think that the angels look forward to the return of Jesus Christ, returning with Christ and the saints to the earth to establish the Kingdom?
• To take over this earth, this world and establish righteousness?

They certainly do; they look forward to that day, too! The day that Jesus Christ was resurrected, you know that they rejoiced that day. As He ascended back to heaven to sit down at the right hand of God the Father. They had the God of the Old Testament back again!

It must have been really difficult because the loyalty and faithfulness and obedience that the angels had to the Lord God of the Old Testament, Who had created them. All things were created by Christ, through Christ, for Him! So, you know they had a special relationship as created beings by God and Christ. They knew what was going to happen, so you know they rejoiced when Jesus Christ was resurrected. And they will rejoice again, and they look forward to the return and the establishment of the Kingdom!

The whole creation was subjected to a lot because of the rebellion of Satan and the demons. Also, we know what mankind, through Adam and Eve decided to do because of their disobedience to God, and the penalties of that. The earth and all creation was subjected to things because of that. At one point, before the rebellion, I'm sure that all the angels had created knew each other and had a relationship with one another. But there was a point that Satan took away a third of the angels, and those relationships and all that God had planned changed from that point forward. The angels were involved in that.

Let's see what Paul writes about us:

Romans 8:19: "For the earnest expectation of the creation itself is awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God; because the creation was subjected to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who subjected it in hope… [there is this hope we all have through Christ] …in order that the creation itself might be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that all the creation is groaning together and travailing together until now. And not only that, but even we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, also groan within ourselves, awaiting the sonship—the redemption of our bodies" (vs 19-23).

We certainly do; we look forward to that day when we're changed and become like God and Christ. We're going to see the angels, God and Christ face-to-face. At that time we're going to get to know a lot more about who the angels are and what they've done throughout time to minister to the saints being Holy unto God!

Philippians 4:8: "Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things."

We've covered a message today about God's Holy angels. We don't know everything, but when we read God's Word about the Holy angels these are good things to meditate on. They're uplifting and certainly the accounts of the angels give a lot there for us to look to as examples, as well.

These are good things to study, think about, to be thankful to God for, that's He's created these beings for Himself, for Christ and Their glory and also for us!
